Wonderful experiences at Logan! Nurses and staff at Labor and Delivery and Mom and Baby clinic are absolutely fantastic. Ended up having to have a small procedure done a few weeks later after delivery and the staff in Operating are just as kind and wonderful. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
While on vacation here, Montana has not only captured my heart, it got my Gallbladder, too. I was so pleased with my attentive and quick care for an unexpected surgery. All of the nurses, staff, and my beautiful female surgeon took such great care of me. This hospital is also one of the most beautifully decorated and quietest I have ever been in, too. Thank you so much Logan Health.
I usually don’t post bad reviews, but avoid Logan if you can. Their billing department is awful and will charge you for things that did not happen then never respond to adjustment requests. I had a well visit and I have minor arthritis that I don’t need treatment for. Because the doc marked I have arthritis and had a 10 second conversation with me, the billing department said it wasn’t a well visit, and charged $300 over insurance. My son went for a sports physical for $35 and ended up with over $500 in bills because they found something that was already being treated by another office and they decided to treat it also for the money even though he told them he is already in treatment. No matter how nice the office or staff are, do not trust any office that is under the Logan Network. They are not honest and will not fix their mistakes.
Went into the emergency room on July 4th and received extraordinary care from the time I walked in the door until I was discharge after my surgery on July 5th. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Best hospital experience I've ever had! And I've also received excellent help for follow-up questions on the phone after arriving home from surgery.
Did anyone at Logan health in charge of on- hold music realize that Kenny G has many different songs that are also soothing? When you are forced weekly to be on hold for communication with Doctors office etc. it would sure be nice to change up the music.
We had to take our youngest in to the ER for some health concerns, and had to have a bunch of tests done. Every single person, from check-in to check-out was absolutely exceptional. They were kind and understanding, the nurses did an excellent job with needles and injections, and were very gentle. The doctors both ER & the pediatric specialist had wonderful bedside manner and were excellent with our child.
Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Whitefish if you can. It is way better in every way, smarter doctors, nicer nurses, nicer facilities. I sat there for days with a dislocated shoulder because I had seizures and was unable to communicate where I was hurt for a while. So pathetic, you can literally see from just looking at someone that their shoulder is hanging out of place. They did my surgeries a week and a half apart with different doctors and it has been so unnecessarily hard on me. The nurses are rude and let you sit there in soiled bedding and complain about having to change it but also about helping you to the bathroom. No bedpan, no washing me up, nothing. I am lucky I made it out without an infection as I was there for almost 2 weeks and got a single sponge bath. I left with no records or info about what happened to me. Just got some generalized seizure packets. I am traumatized and wish i could sue
Doctors & nurses have been very good but accounting dept. made error when billing my insurance and it has been a nightmare ever since. My insurance company says they will gladly pay the bill as soon as the correct codes are submitted by Logan Health.....which I have personally provided multiple times with my insurance company on the phone with Logan health accounting dept. This has been a hassle & HUGE waste of my time. Accounting department is horrible at communicating. I was told the only person who could submit the correction was the supervisor. I have called supervisor & my insurance company has called her multiple times she is either busy or gone. Have yet to speak with her and this has been going on for months!!!! Update as of 6-14-23 issue still not resolved fir procedure done Oct 2022
I suggest if you have the ability to go anywhere else for medical treatment, go somewhere else!! I had surgery for a tumor in my bladder. No follow up was scheduled and it took me 3 weeks to get a diagnosis which was cancer. Then it took forever to get the BCG treatments. Not trusting Logan Health, I got a second opinion from Seattle Fred Hutcheson Cancer Center. Logan’s pathology report was incorrect and I had a second tumor Logan missed. Now my second round of BCG treatment was canceled but Logan forgot to call me. Now I need to wait another 2 weeks to get my treatments. If you value your health, do not go to Logan Health!!
They staff here is wonderful! There is some administration issues, some seem to care, others just are concerned with $. When you go inside the staff care, they do try, it's just like most hospitals where greed and shortages of staff takes a toll
