Kami Hirschey at Selah Salon

Myself and my daughter have been going to Kami for at least 5 years and will ONLY go to her when we need a cut and/or color. We have ALWAYS left the salon happy and are NEVER disappointed. Her prices are very reasonable and definitely worth the time and magic she does!! I trust everything she does to our hair. I will go in there with an idea from pictures and she will be absolutely honest with us if it can be done or not. She LISTENS to our wants and exceeds our expectations and makes it better than what we pictured the turn out would be. I highly recommend Kami to anyone looking for a good stylist!!

Selah Salon is an excellent place to go for quality hair services and a great experience. I have had Kami do my hair for over 20 years. She is so talented in her work. She is always ready to achieve the look I’m hoping for. She is continuously learning the most up to date hair techniques and I’m always blown away by her execution. She has highlighted my hair blonde for years and my last appointment I wanted to try going more my natural color, dark brown. I knew she would do a beautiful job and she did. I told her, “I trust you, do whatever you think will look the best.” She suggested leaving some blonde highlights to frame my face so I wouldn’t feel too dark. It was exactly what I was thinking and her professional suggestions made all the difference in how I felt about the end result. Also, I notice the products that she uses do not damage my hair like other salons do. I can’t recommend her enough. She is kind, takes interest in her clients and makes an effort to really know you. Just got my hair done by Jillyan at Selah. She is great! I have very long hair and Jillyan was able to give me lots of beautiful layers. It looks and feels great! Definitely recommend seeing Jillyan!

Selah and Jillyan are our go-to for both appointments and last minute needs. Always accommodating of my three very little girls, they’re so spoiled when they’re there. Thank you Selah for making them feel like royalty from hair washing, bang management and. It’s to finishing with princess curls.

Kami is amazing!! She did a cut and color on my hair and was super thorough. She made sure she understood what I wanted, and not only perfected a pretty short bob type cut, but also color! Jillyan has been doing my hair for a few months now and nails it every time! She does the best color!! Denae does my lashes and she rocks them! Even when with all my quirkiness she does such a great job! Highly recommend both of these ladies!!

Kami has done my hair for 24 years. I have never once gone to anyone else. She is a master at her craft. She genuinely enjoys the work she does and cares about her clients. I had Kami as my stylist twice. The first time back in August she was super friendly, and I was having a baby and she was so excited and giving me all this great advice as I was going to a first time mom. We laughed and talked the whole time. My hair looked great as well. I went back a second time a week or so ago, and she was not personable at all. She didn’t talk to me at all, other than asking what I wanted done and seemed annoyed anytime I would say something so I just sat there in silence. My hair looked good styled, but once I got home and washed it a couple days later, I noticed it’s very choppy at the bottom which I’m probably going to have to have fixed. She also upped her haircut a lot. I paid under $30 before tip in august, and paid $50 before tip last week. That’s a crazy jump and way too expensive. I was not aware of this until it was time to pay. Will not be going back.

I have thick, wavy hair and I like to change things up. Kami has been great to work with for years! She helped me grow out my pixie cut and always has great ideas for my color. She recommended a smoothing treatment a couple years ago which has been a game changer. Kami's pricing is fair and she always is accommodating with appointment times.Services: Haircut
