Our firm was founded by Ron Kaminski after he earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1969. A trial attorney with a statewide reputation for success in both civil litigation and criminal defense, Mr. Kaminski has retired after 45 years of practicing law.
Owner Joe Pozorski came back home to join the firm in 1982 after completing his legal education in Chicago. He's also an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on personal injury, including complex truck and motorcycle accidents, family law and criminal defense, ranging from misdemeanor to major felony cases.
Associate Attorney Andy Krajnek is in his fifteenth year with the firm. While active in our trial practice, he adds depth to our counsel and value for our clients by advising them about the transactional aspects of matters in business law, estate planning, family law, and real estate.
Associate Attorney Joseph Pozorski III is in his seventh year with the firm. He represents clients in various types of trial work. In addition to handling personal injury, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, worker's compensation and criminal matters, misdemeanors, felonies, and OWI's, he also practices in the areas of family law, such as divorce, child custody and child support, and maintenance. In addition to general trial work, he also works in the area of real estate, probate, and the drafting of wills, trusts and general estate planning.
