Sad. Self checkout only. No workers to be found inside the store. Two employees outside smoking. Corporate needs to change policy. These automated registers are not good. Why pay employees to be there?
Went in the other day and the clerk refused to help with lottery ticket! He told another lady "oh God, please don't ask about lottery tickets". Managers, fix this establishment!
Very clean and conveniently located gas station. Often they have various deals going for different products. If you sign up for their rewards program you can save few cents from gas price each time when you're using their pumps. Only giving 4 stars because their register often gets backed up by customers and sometimes you have to wait several minutes to check out.
DO NOT STOP HERE! It is self check out only and good luck trying to find an employee to help you if you have problems with the machines.
IF A WHITE HONDA CIVIC IS THERE JUST LEAVE White Honda Civic with 1 Steelie on front passenger side Got 2 polar pops 0.89$ each, gave clerk 2$ cash and left change. Go back later in the week after work to learn that, the person to cash me out. The oriental girl there assistant manager somehow had banned me for being rude when not accepting change, trying to let her keep the change from 2$ i've lived here for 6 years and never had an issue with anyone, i try to give back, i donate as much as possible, and try to let people keep my change to help the homeless in the area... Now all of a sudden she has this big thing about me where she runs out chasing my car recording screaming at the top of her lungs shes going to call the cops, making a massive scene, driving away customers and long time residents that are just trying to get the basic essentials for biological life, this now limits and hinders me and my family's ability for basic convince items, food, drinks, gas, cigs, everything. Not only was this wrong, and weird, like what? im giving you more money than you want, but this is illegal too! Their security cameras obviously work so i cant wait to see my beautiful face walking into the store and handing her 2$ on camera in the court room... All the other reviews are true too like the bathroom one, just put up with all of it because its where i HAD to go to shop... Toodaloo clowns at this location EDIT: The oriental girl covers up her nametag every single time we've engaged or been in sight so i dont know her name, but ill try to describe her, she drives a white honda civic with 1 spare wheel on the front passenger wheel, and the side dented in, shes shorter maybe 5'6" very skinny, very ahem "approachable" if you will teeth, long stringy hair, and seemingly of some kind of oriental/Asian decent everyone here speaks condescendingly. She is clearly on drugs and not in the right state of mind... They have you do a personality test before employment here, i have no CLUE how half of these jokers passed it let alone this girl that drives the white honda civic with 1 spare wheel on the front right passenger wheel
Very unprofessional management. Travis... Refuses to pay you for your work, lied about hourly wage, and is very childish. Talks condescendingly to people like they are beneath his intelligence level. He lies about the lottery being down because he only makes .05 cents a sale so it's not important to him. Definitely not a good attitude to have as a manager for a major corporation. Bathrooms barely ever get cleaned and are likely to catch something from the human waste that is left on the toilets and floors.
Easy to get in and out but they text you without permission!
I rarely ever do reviews but all I gotta say is that I’ve Never in my life met someone as rude as Sherry! She needs to learn some manners. If she doesn’t like her job then she should just quit. No one should ever be treated like this. I understand people have bad days but this was just unacceptable.
Auto cashiers Cashiers don't even look at you or even try to help This place will go out of business soon enough.
11 March 2022. 630pm. Guy with the beard, likes to point at people, really hates begin there, etc. Makes you want to feel his pain. New generation of opera, "me,me,me". Needs customer service training or better yet, go get a job working outside digging ditches as a start.
