I went to refill my kangaroo cup for 29 cents. I began to add my beverage but the machine stopped dispensing just as my cup was less than half way full. The red light came on at that point. I tried to explain this to the cashier, and the manager was standing there too, and she said you can't use it when the red light is on. I tried to explain that it wasn't on when I started, but they both just stood there looking at me as if I was just getting on their nerves. The cashier suggested that I should mix another beverage with what I had in my cup. I said I don't like it that way. They just stared at me!!! Wanting to just get OUT OF THERE, I said I will just go ahead and pay for it, Thinking they would probably say, no that's ok. But they didn't, and I had to pay for a less than half full refill. DO NOT GO HERE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!
