My 11 month old went here for her first appointment and she felt so comfortable! The other children she could see in chairs was beneficial for her and the whole staff was very friendly, informative, and gentle. Such a great first experience and my daughter will trust that dentistry isn’t something to fear! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Shiflett and staff!
My son and daughter have been seeing Dentist Shiflett since they were in Kindergarten, it's been 5 years now. Every time I take my kids there, I feel so welcoming by the front staffs also the dentist as well, love their place always so clean and neat. I also love that they put the air purifiers in each room even in the waiting lobby for the air safety's purpose. One thing that I'm so thankful about is my son got his silver tooth almost falling off today, we found out at 4:22pm, I took a photo of the falling tooth, called Dental Shiflett office right away see if I can bring my son there to get his tooth removed. Because it's hurting him a lot! The front desk girl was very nice and polite and said:"We are closing soon, but I will call you back after asking Dentist Shiflett and showing her the photo that you texted me." Guess what...3 minutes later, she called me back and said Dr. Shiflett asked me to bring my son in now. My son was very happy that Dr. Shiflett allowed him to come in the last minute and my son said Dr. Shiflett did a very good job!! I saw my son smiled on his face after walking out the dental office. Greatly appreciated Dr. Shiflett and all the staffs always provide great services!! Definitely Highly Recommended!!!!
Great office. Been coming here for 10 years. We now live in Redlands and commute for every appointment because that’s how honest this practice operates.
Dr. DeGuzman and assistant made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. They were really gentle and kind! We will definitely be returning
My son has not had the best time at previous Dental offices. But you all have changed that and he wants to go OFTEN!!! I want to say thank you! You all are professional kind and so very patient. Great job especially talking the kids through everything. My son is 6. Great Dental office.
Discovered this awesome pediatric dentist from Yelp, and have been coming here for a little more than a year now. The office always looks clean and nicely decorated for children. The ladies at the front desk and assistants are all really friendly and nice when greeting us at the front and throughout the entire visit. We really like Dr. Shifflett and how she interacts with the children. We like how she takes her time to explain everything thoroughly. She answers all of our questions and is always extremely patient. Overall she is the best pediatric dentist out there!
A big thank you to all of the staff! You are amazing! Throughout the years, my son has needed patience and understanding when he was scared to see the dentist. You have all given him great care and the time to grow more confident about visiting your office. I'm happy to say he's overcome his fears because of all of you. Thank you so much! Took my kids here yesterday for the first time, and I was so impressed. Very clean, very friendly and the Dr. herself was amazing. As well as the rest of the staff. I look forward to this team being my children's dental office from now on. They made my children feel comfortable which is very important when it comes to dental work. Keep it up :
We are not happy about it. Need help my kid to fix the cavity problem. Next appointment or recommend you pay more to look for other adults dentist. By the way, many adults dentist don't take kid under 16, my kid only 12
I was running late to my appointment at 3 I called and asked if I can still make it the front office staff said she had 5 patients coming in at 3:30. That means that all 3 of my children had a 30 minute window. We have been going there for years and they can not accommodate me with afternoons because I work in the mornings. My som has a cavity and even thought I’ve been trying to get him an appointment the staff doesn’t seemed to be worried about it it is April they said they are booked till august. They really should look into cutting down the number of patients they have because neglecting patients isn’t professional.
