The food was decent, but nothing special. I got chicken fried steak and fried okra. Okra was good. Chicken fried steak was quite good as was the gravy on top. The waiter was very friendly and checked in with us often. I will return again after the remodel and see if they can raise my score. 3 stars for now. It was OK.
Ordered a 8oz steak cooked medium well and they brought me one that was completely raw on the inside. I had to send it back 3 times before it was cooked to medium well. Waitress was not very attentive, had to ask another waitress to get ours more than once. Top it all they only took $10 off our check for our problems. I didn't get my steak cooked right 3x and the rest of my party was done eating by the time they got it right. I do not recommend eating here at all. Over priced food and bad service all around.
Great place. Great atmosphere. Amazing food. Fresh cut meats. Amazing service. Definitely worth the stop.
We were seated and greeted immediately. Out server was Sara, and she was amazing. She got seated an 8 top shortly after getting stuck with us, and you couldn't even tell by her service. We had everything we needed before we could even ask for it, and she was delightful to boot. Food was amazing. Steak cooked perfect med rare, and my mom's shrimp was perfect. We are fixing to roll out fat tooshes out of here because we couldn't stop eating. Wish I had something like this closer to home.
Absolutely awful!! I'll never eat there again, way way over priced! On a ticket for 3 meals two salads and a breaded shrimp meal with two sides was 48 dollars! That didn't even include pop because we all got water! And the salad wasn't fresh it was not even cold and the shrimp meal came with two sides of your choice, my boyfriend got fries and mac and cheese. He said the fries tastes like cigarettes and the mac and cheese made me want to vomit! Service was better than the food.
The staff is VERY friendly, the food was not piping hot but was well prepared and flavorful. They had delicious yeast rolls, they came with the dinner. My Kansarita I ordered was sooooo good. My only critic of the place would be, they should try to get food out quicker when done. I really liked the ambiance of the place, very relaxing.
Stop in by chance. Loved everything about this place. The food was out standing, prices were great. I got the combo steak and ribs plus two sides for 18.00 and happy hour drinks for 1.99. The wait staff was super friendly. Best time ever. I am from out of town and I travel a lot. This is the first time I wrote a review.
It took us over 40 minutes to get our food. We ordered from the lunch menu and they were by no means busy today! I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken salad and it was so small I thought it was a childs portion. It came in a 1" high, 2"x2" bowl. Waiter never came back to the table until we were almost finished and drinks were long since empty. Will not be going back due to lousy service and small, lousy portions and high pricing. My wife warned me about going there but I didnt listen...
Second time since name change. . This time I ordered the seafood patter with steak fries... the shrimp and tilapia was good but catfish was greasy and nasty looking and the steak fries were skinny ff... I said something and they did bring me the biggest pile of steak fries you ever saw... sorry but that doesn't make things right!!! My husband ordered a 14oz rib eye, medium rare... nope... they brought out a very gray, unseasoned raw, but not bloody rib eye. Very dissatisfied and will not go back!!!
Definitely gone downhill since it was Montana Mikes. Way expensive for the quality of food. Chicken fried steak was too tough. Chicken tenders looked freezer burnt before it was cooked. Mashed potatoes were pretty decent but very generic.
