This location is terrible. They took me off medication and ignored me when I told them I was getting sicker. The staff is rude and the doctors are careless, uncaring, and unhelpful. This place probably cost me my life. Don't let it cost you too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Doctor is great! But one of the front desk secretary was poop! Sarah! O no so unprofessional!
They did a wonderful job making my time there comfortable all of staff was great felt like family.
Everyone was very nice & personable. I had been going to KUCC South & they closed that location & I will be going to the Lee's Summit office from here on. Still seeing the same Dr., just different Nurses & Schedulers. First visit was good.
Great staff that make getting cancer treatment something other than unbearable, I have made many friends with the staff and it feels like family. I have been coming here for over 6 years and never had a bad experience.
Two schedulers are rude to you one in front and in Radiology. In radiology the some of the tech's are not professional. However the chemo side of the facility is great along with the nurse's and very professional.
Would not have made it without the care of everybody involved in my treatment. They were there for me not only for professionally, but held my hand when I was scared out of my mind.
If I could give them a zero I would ..the misdiagnosis of my mothers cancer and the way the Dr made excuses for my mother's pain as a sciatic nerve instead of her cancer moving to another part of her body ..is unexcusable...never again will I refer an important person in my life to that facility
