Kansas City Foodie Tours

What an amazing experience!! Though we live just outside of Kansas City, we decided to surprise my dad a huge BBQ lover with a tour for his birthday. We all had so much fun! We got to try four different restaurants -- different meats, sauces, and sides at each place. To end the tour we stopped at a chocolate shop and indulged in some sweets. Mark, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was so knowledgable and had great stories to tell, not to mention he was so personable and overall a fun person to hang out with for three hours. He took us to a few areas that we didn't even know existed here in our town. How cool!!! Rebekah, the owner, was great to work with. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and we all left needing to be rolled to our car to drive home -- go famished! Well worth the price for the experience and we can't wait to do something like this again!

I booked a private group tour with Rebekah and she was wonderful to work with! She was responsive and proactive with her communication. The tour was fun and interesting. I discovered places I didn't know existed in KC! Rebekah also went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant tour when the heat index reached over 105 degrees on our tour day. I would do this again!

We had such a great time on our food tour! Rebecca is very knowledgeable about areas of Kansas City and the rich history of the city. We are looking forward to doing more of her tours offered. Thank you!

We do foodie tours around the world, and the prohibition tour we enjoyed Saturday is right there in our top 10! We love the history and selection of diverse stops. Best way to get to know a city is through supporting local tours!

We took the Prohibition Tour this weekend and had a fantastic time! Our tour guide provided fun stories as we traveled from stop to stop and was super entertaining. we visited 4 different stops between the Kansas and Missouri side and the cocktails/pizza served were all unique.

I did the Lip Smacking Foody Tour and it was so-so. We started out at a pizza place. It was pretty good. Then we headed to a "funky" ice cream place with wacky flavors. It was probably the highlight of the stops. Then we went to a BBQ place featured on a TV show where we got half a sandwich. I didn't think it was anything special in terms of BBQ, but it was good. Next was a small outdoor food truck where we got burgers and fries. I have never disliked a burger and fries, until this place. Something was just off. We finished at a bar with poor service and they were not ready for us. However, they had some "different" drinks that made it kind of fun. Between each stop the tour guide told us some KC history but it got very stuffy in the back of the bus. Overall I wouldn't recommend, unfortunately. I though it would be more interesting food and like the "hidden gem" restaurants. Our group was also really quiet so it felt like we were eating with strangers.

One of the best tours I’ve taken. Didn’t know much about Kansas City and I learned a lot and the food was great. Lots of fun history; come hungry.

Fantastic tours showing off some of the top places in Kansas City that you would never think to visit on your own. Tours are kept small enough that you really get a chance to get to know the other people on the tours and enjoy a wonderful experience together.

My wife and I took the Westport Tour and if you are hungry, this is the tour for you. Since it does include alcohol and takes about 3 hrs, it probably is not for children. There is a wide variety of food samplings that will provide something for everyone's taste. If you are not familiar with the history of the area, this is for you also. There are some surprising facts about the founders from the Civil War area. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing time and the people who left bad reviews are cranky and they clearly didn't get there afternoon nap. I had an amazing experience and the food was AMAZING!! Rebekah is very smart and a very genuine person! I would rate 10/5 stars if I could! 100% would recommend!
