Very nice people and helpful while giving you space. Very special place.
Love it so much, they are wonderful, loving, caring people and may God Bless All.
It's a library, but you can't tell because no one checks out any books. It's basically a homeless shelter. All the KC libraries are.
My daughter loves to read and we made a stop at the Kansas City Library to see this. It's nothing major but for someone who loves books, it was spectacular. It can be a bit confusing with parking so be sure to plan your route properly before going. Fun place to visit.
They're rude and supposedly a "Safe Space" but so anti homeless! They yelled at a homeless guy to get a haircut, they yelled at someone else that wasn't causing issues that they had to wake up and couldn't sleep in a chair.
No stars to report. People are way to talkative and loud. Totally unacceptable. Will not go there again unless there's order
I love this location, the people are always friendly and helpful. It's awesome to get on a computer with no fuss and print with no cost.
I have found that this COVID 19 is making some people to be a little aggressive, rude, and disrespectful to others. I am using for their excuse, but there are so many nasty attitudes working in the libraries. Security is just terrible, they be looking at phones, gossiping, and one I caught sleep.
The pop-in pick up service is so convenient. When I arrived, I called to pick up my items. The librarian was very friendly and had my books ready in less than 5 minutes.
Clean and quiet. And to my surprise, the printing is free here! Will definitely come back to use other resources.
