Excellent customer service! Glenn, I believe is his name the guy that manages the store, was very patient and helpful to my girlfriend and I. We are both totally new to vaping and he let us try multiple flavors, all while still taking care of the customers that came in knowing what they wanted. He asked questions about why we were interested in vaping and helped us determine which set-up would be best for us. Will be back and will recommend.

Been a long while since I stopped in here since I moved away from Orange Park our to Yulee... I miss this shop. Fair, good prices and the staff is amazing and friendly and funny. Go in to grab a bottle of e-juice or go in and hang out. They’re friendly, knowledgeable about their products and fun. If I ever move back to Orange Park this is the only vape store for me!!

This place is awesome. They give military discount and due to the device they sold me which was around $118 out the door with everything enabled me to quit smoking cigarettes after 17 years. The customer service is excellent and they have a wide variety of products. Great vape shop!

This is a good looking shop. The staff are great. And there are more than plenty of eliquid flavors to choose from. They do have some good devices for advanced vapers. But I think they cater more to new vapers after looking at most of their products. This is a very good all around shop. This was my first visit, and i was there for more than an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who vapes, or is thinking about getting into vaping.

Loved my experience. They allowed me to test any and all flavored juices. Helped me pick out a new vape because my old one was no longer useable. Both employees are amazing!! Will definitely be coming back for more, thank you!!! Kelly and DJ are the bomb

Excellent staff. The people who work here have always been extremely professional and courteous. They know their stuff, have a great selection of juices, and solid selection of gear. Glad to have an awesome shop in Orange Park.

My wife and I stopped by to pick up a new glass for my old Kangertech vape. Not only did they have a hard to find replacement glass; we also found several nice flavors to try out. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience here has been amazing. My fiance and I walked in not knowing anything about vapes and the owners walked us through everything we needed to know and got us set up with wonderful mods. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great atmosphere and flavors Glenn is especially knowledgeable if you have an issue with your vape. Though there is one woman to avoid, I haven’t gotten her name. I’ve came in a total of three times and two of the three times I’ve gotten her and she’s rolled her eyes at me and just been generally unpleasant and acts like it’s a problem to make any small talk short of a transaction.

Ok shop. They kind of need to get with the current trend of vaping and stop scaring people away from new things and they will do great. Very nice people I recommended to all my buddy's who are still in to the older stuff.
