Was a few minutes late for my 84 year old mother's appointment due to the British floor numbering system and the receptionist smiled and said that we had to reschedule because we were 10 minutes late. Meanwhile there were no patients in the waiting room so the PA who was supposed to examine my mother just got a long coffee break. Customer no service bordering on abandonment of a patient. Stay away, far, far away.

I went from the emergency department a few days later straight in had a MRI I was treated good . Chh is improving now that Hartford with them . Only isdie I have they never called me for the results off my MRI which am trying to find out from my pcp .

Didnt get to see a doctor. The lady at the front desk seems to have more importaint things going on than to speak to you kindly. Worst serves ever. Out sourced from VA. Treat veterans very disrespectfully. Could be better if the staff answering the phones and making appointments were replaced with people who care.
