We took the moment to reach out to the school today because after over a year and a half of our son participating in the program we saw quite a few set backs with moral issues with our son. We talked with the "Manager" about our concerns and advised them that if we did not see an improvement in these areas that they "Teach" we would look elsewhere for our son. Instead of addressing the issue he advised that our contract renewed and we would have to pay through the end of the current contract 7 months from now. This should speak volume about the integrity of this location and what they are teaching. That it is more important to make a buck vs the lessons they are teaching our children.
Karate Atlanta and its instructors provide a fun and safe environment for kids all ages to learn safety and life skills. We have been part of Karate Atlanta since 2014 and we have seen our daughter grow in confidence and discipline. We love our Dacula KA family.
Great place with a family oriented atmosphere. The teachers are great and the students are even better. My child has been a student here for two years and she absolutely adores and respects everyone there. In my opinion every student that attends the dojo will make great role models. The teachers and the black belt students are fierce and a force to be reckoned with on the mat. If you want your kid to excel and be great at karate, you should come here.
I found this place from a Groupon back in 2018 and it was the best Groupon I've purchased to date! Coming into a new program as an adult is intimidating to say the least... but the staff and families have invited me in with open arms! I've grown so much in my fitness journey, but also in my personal life. I've gained so much more confidence and put in a ton of hard work to achieve my goal of earning a black belt. Looking forward to many more years of membership and future black belt goals! KA is a terrific place for the whole family to do an activity together while achieving various goals and overcoming unique obstacles. I couldn't speak more highly of the instructors and organization as a whole. If you're willing to put in the time and sweat, you'll greatly benefit from becoming a member!
We love the fact that the instructors all engage well with the kids. They work hard to make sure that each student has learned and mastered the techniques. The kids have fun in each class, and all the parents have been so friendly. I've seen tremendous growth in my son since he joined ATA Atlanta-Dacula. So much so, he asked and joined the Black belt leadership club! As a homeschooling parent, this is the perfect blend of activity and learning for our children. Come join the family!
for me they are one of the best karate schools, their dedication, their discipline and way of teaching not only children but also adults that for me is priceless I am the mother of 2 students from there Gabriel and Luciano one of them He has been there for 2 consecutive years and he is super delighted with his classes really highly recommended
My son has been attending classes for over 6months now and he absolutely loves it. He is excited about class and loves to show off his moves to anyone that will watch. I really feel like they all the staff shows much attention and care to all their students. We are so pleased with everything they have to offer.
Karate Atlanta Dacula is Best Family Oriented place that we have ever been! I have all 3 of my kids in Karate and they love it! The instructors are amazing with all ages! I love how they enforce the rules and help you enforce the rule with your kids at home! They encourage and build kids to be their Best! This Karate Family is a force and I’m proud that my kids and I are a part of it!
Summer 2018: My 5 year old son started taking classes this summer at Karate Atlanta Dacula. He is so happy in class and looks forward to each one. He and the other students have a blast. They get a great workout and you can see that they feel good about themselves. A great way to have fun and exercise! He loves showing us his new moves and is so proud of himself when he earns a new stripe and/or belt. It is such a welcoming environment between the instructors and fellow families. Now August 2019: Over a year here and we still look forward to each day! My son is now a Junior and loves his classes and instructors. We've enjoyed it so much as a family that I joined this past year. It's a great workout for kids and adults alike and a great activity that children and parents can share together.
My son has been attending Karate Atlanta in Dacula for about 3 years. Mr. Kafer and staff are amazing. They are great role models for the students and definitely lead by example. Ian loves going to class and looks up to his instructors. We have seen great progress in his confidence level, focus, and discipline. We would definitely recommend this karate school to others.
