Karemore Pharmacy

I have been using Karemore Salisbury for four years now for my family. This is one of the best family owned pharmacies in the area. Very professional staff and very knowledgeable pharmacist. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy over one of those big box chain pharmacies.

Been a customer since 2018. Always friendly always helpful. Way way way better than those corporate chain places.

Karemore is great! The staff and the owner are very pleasant and more than willing to explain everything you should know about your medications. I love the fact that if they don't have what I need, they will get it, usually by the next day. I haven't had a bad experience so far and I've been a patron of this pharmacy for a little over 3½ yrs.

Love the senior pharmacist there. He always strives to make sure you are well taken care of and also takes the time to explain certain medications that may have adverse effects and how to avoid them. Usually pretty quick under 15 mins and most of the time everything is taken care of ahead of time so I can just pop in and out in a jiffy.

I've been a customer of Karemore Pharmacy in Princess Anne for almost 11 yrs! I love them but when I moved & switched pharmacy's... Soooo rude, unprofessional & horrible experience. I went to pick up my meds. The man kept repeating himself about the laws & needed to see ID. Fine, went to my car to get it. He still kept repeating himself. I finally said SIR I HEARD YOU THE 1ST TIME. Then he got smart & said I want to make sure you understand. THEN after giving the lady my ID to get my meds she kept inspecting it, turning it over, kept looking @ it. I had to pick my daughter up so I finally got an attitude & said your acting like it's a fake ID give it back so I can go. I will never return. Good customer service is what I thrive on. Always have to wait & understaff during the day. Pick another drug store!

The ONLY pharmacy I TRUST! I once had a major chain totally mess up my meds and put me into the hospital in an emergency situation. NOW I only go LOCAL and I have not had a problem in YEARS! LOVE these employees! Always kind and PROMPT. Thank you for keeping me safe!

This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever had the experience dealing with. Highly recommended.
