Lots of great prices..nice clothing and Father's Day Gifts..But, I hope the associate on the floor got more help cleaning up.. Customer's are really messy they drop things and don't even pick them up..I'm going to say this.. Elizabeth the cashier didn't smile or say hi just next..But, she is fast and I liked that..
You will receive great service if you do not have a return of a previous purchase. I was told I could not return a pair of shoes Cole Haan that seemed defective. Because I wore them for an 8 hour shift at work and noticed the issue. You can always find great deals on suits and shoes.
It was nice to see all the associates in the perfume department full of smiles, friendly, explained the nice section of perfumes, and gave us free samples . This was at the Macy's in Victoria Garden They were all ready to help!
The store has become a mess. Looks like the bargain basement. I don't even like going there any more. Nothing is organized. Sizes are mixed up. Sad sad sad!! Cosmetics and shoes fine.
Shoe department is the WORST in whole shore!! Everywhere else is excellent.. But service in shoes is minimal, u have to go to them to get your size, to try on. You have to check 2 of 3 times to see if there bringing you shoe in your size. An wait was 47min! To just try on a shoe!! RIDICULOUS! We took SHOES to different department To purchase. . It would of taken another hour to check out, if we hadnt.

We always love looking around in here, but would love it even more if my husband and I were not just about physically accosted with perfume sample cards being shoved in our faces.
Bought a $300.00 suitcase in January. We’ll the suitcase broke in early March. When I took it back the lady said you’ve had it to long. I showed my receipt and she said yep you’ve had it way to long. I couldn’t believe it. Finally someone else came over and said that she would exchange it. But just don’t try doing it again. I felt like I was trying to do something wrong!
Do not shop here for Chanel Cosmetics , they are rude and don't want to help with your returns and will makeup some story about policy changing . Instead go to Roxy from Shiseido and Patricia from Clarins they were so helpful and just friendly . I will definitely comeback and shop with them again .
Victoria gardens is usually busy on weekends. But Macy's was actually very well staffed and helpful
