Very friendly and very knowledgeable. We worked with Braxton to get our first home and he made the whole process simple and pointed out things we would have missed. Communication was great and quick.
We loved working with Karen Rustan! She really helped us so much with our first time home buying experience. She went above and beyond and I was very impressed with her integrity that she uses in her job. There were times where she could have let things slide but she really did ask for the best and got us a great deal on our home. She was able to work out a home warranty for us that covered our home for the first year which brought us peace of mind with such a huge purchase. We had delays with hearing back from our seller but we know that Karen did all she could to expedite things and she would even call us to let us know what she had done while we were waiting to hear from the sellers. We also know that Coldwell Banker has any great associates that worked with us on the occasions during this process while our realtor was away. I definitely recommend Karen and her associates to anyone wanting help in finding the perfect home for you and your family!
Stefanie was amazing! We had been searching for a home and had called a few different realtors about homes. Many of them didn't return our calls, and one even didn't show up after we made an appointment to have them show us a home. Stefanie was great though, she not only showed us homes we wanted to see but also made recommendations on others and found us a great home! As first time home buyers she made the process easy and did a great job at walking us through the home buying process. She was professional and did a great job at keeping us in the loop with what was going on. She was incredibly responsive and knows what she's doing.
