Loved the experience! The staff was super helpful with lots of tips n tricks! When I went there they had sale and very good collections! It was a rare find for me as I’m new in Toronto! Excellent Pakistani collections! They even gave me a gift! I I am very picky and prefers looks as well as comfort so I was surprised to leave with 3 dresses A must visit place!

Bought my nikaah dress from here and the selection in store is great. If you want high quality and modern fashion, this is the place to go. Raihana was helping us she was very helpful to show dresses within the budget and answer our questions. Super sweet experience and great prices for the quality!! Highly recommend

I came here looking for my mendhi outfit, after visiting lots of other shops. I had the best experience here, the young woman who helped me was so friendly, helpful and gave me good advice. The designs are all beautiful and the quality is great.

I don't know where these 5 star are coming from but the owner is extremely rude. Said she " heard our conversation" between me and my wife and was very aggressive. very unprofessional, overall horrible experience. Just save yourself the trip and head over to any of the other stores. All way better and much nicer, and no eavesdropping on private conversations

I took my daughter here for Eid shopping on Chand Raat it's a very nice boutique with beautiful suits. Sameera was very helpful when I asked her to help with what size we needed. Amira was very friendly as well as Seema such sweet and beautiful girls. The only problem I encountered here was a lady Rehana she was very annoying I was looking at suits and picked a few and was taking them to show my daughter who was on the opposite side when she came right infront of my face and asked if I was going to try those on to which I replied no they are for my daughter and walked over to my daughter not realizing she was following me, my daughter was talking to Sameera who was showing her a suit as well. I asked my daughter to check out the suits and show me one she had a picture of on her phone not knowing Rehana was an uninvited part of out chat she spoke out when we didn't even question her. Peeking at our phone is disrespectful it could of been a private picture, at the dressing room Amira and Seema were already helping my daughter but Rehana kept jumping in we decided on 2 suits and told Seema and Amira but Rehana wanted to grab each piece and take it to check out when my daughter was still in the process of changing. After we purchased the suits Sameera gave my daughter an Eid Gift which was a beautiful ring. What a kind gesture no business does that.

Absolutely beautiful collection. So much too choose from, you would want to buy everything lol. Such fast service I was surprised- I placed my order and received it less than 48 hours! I was also impressed by the quality of their clothing - pure fabric.. high quality..soft and richness in the work. They responded efficiently and answered every annoying questions I had because I'm picky lol. I will definitely be a loyal customer. Thank you again guys! X

We attended the chand raat mela and went here to purchase a suits most my sisters and I wanted were sold out the females were friendly besides Rehana she made us feel uncomfortable by tailgating and stalking we were looking at their Instagram to check more suits she spoke up saying those were not available, it was weird how she was on top of our heads watching us we got 1 suit each but wanted more but left because of her teach her manners and how to social distance and let customers breath. We bought suits she was acting we were there to shoplift. I will call in before going next time to make sure she isn't working that day. Ruined our trip from Sauga

My family and I always go to Karizma when we’re shopping for any special events. The owner and her daughter are so welcoming and knowledgeable and their collection is pretty large. The clothes are beautiful, they have a lot of variety and they’re fairly priced as well. Definitely our favourite store for desi clothes!
