Karrie has been a loan officer and loan processor for over 10 years. Karrie is very knowledgeable with all of our clients and specializes in giving them a complete loan package so that the loan process goes very smoothly. This in turn, gives us the quickest loan approvals to close our loans to meet the real estate agents closing dates and to keep the customer satisfied.
She keeps the customer and real estate agents in the loop at all times so that everyone knows the status of the loan at all times.
With all of the new laws that have coming out recently, we adhere to meeting all government requirements, which include the HVCC, TIL, and RED FLAG rules and regulations.
