How refreshing to experience a truly customer focused and a spirit of service. Bob was great he knew exactly which part I needed for my older grill. Besides being knowledgeable, he was happy to be of service. Truly a guy that takes pride in his job performance. In an age where doing less and quiet quitting are the norm to experience such a high level of customer service is amazing I will be back.
Very friendly and helpful employees! My family and I were looking for real bale’s of hay for our fall decorations. They didn’t have any but we’re able to order us some FAST! The bale’s were perfect and they even helped us load them in our vehicle. This was our first time purchasing from ACE and we will definitely be back.
Its so great to actually talk to someone who can help you. These folks have different specialties like plumbing or electrical. They don't try to hide from you they genuinely look for customers who need help and then help them. It's a great place especially for a novice do it yourselfer like me. Keep up the good work!
Greeted as I walked in the store by a very knowlegable sales associate female! I held up the motor run capacitor for my compressor, and she said:"aisle 14 at the end on the left side." She was right! The male help at Lowe's and Home Depot had no idea what it was that I showed them. I should have gone to Ace first, and saved an hour!

I wanted to purchase a new grill after moving here from Florida, and wanted to try this particular store. The gentleman that helped me Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I love my new Weber grill. It’s perfect for me. Yesterday I went back in to purchase a cover, and I asked for Bob. Again very helpful. The cover I needed was not in stock, and Bob asked Tom Gray to help him in locating the cover. Tom found the cover, ordered it, and I paid for it at the register. It’s so nice not having to go to the box stores, where it’s so impersonal. This is definitely my store from this day forward,
Very helpful employees, always willing to help. They have alot of stuff that you wouldn't think they have. They especially have a big selection of miscellaneous nuts and bolts.
This was my first time here because they had an item in stock that most other stores didn't. All of the employees were very upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient . The pricing was competitive. This is what a local hardware store should be!
We been going to This Ace for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely beats going to the big box stores.
