Kaska Fire Company is dedicated to protecting the lives and property of citizens in our community and the surrounding area.
We are a small rural fire company in central Schuylkill County. We operate a 1994 Central States/freightliner with a 1250 pump and a 750 gallon water and 50 gallon class a foam tank. We also operate a 1996 Chevy 3500 brush truck with a Reading body and a Custom Fiberglass Products, 200 gallon tank, 350 gpm pump. We respond to an average of 80 to 100 calls a years ranging a tree down to a multi-alarm structure fire. We are 100% volunteer, relying on our fundraisers and community support for funding to cover day to day operations.
