An expensive suit jacket came back fuzzy and pilly, it had clearly been machine washed. Other more delicate items of clothing were ruined.
I sent a black, king-size comforter to Kasperbauer Cleaners with the instructions to have it dry cleaned. When I got it back from them, I instantly knew it had been machine washed. It was covered on both sides with lint and my batting was ruined. I called and asked to speak to the owner/manager. He was not in. When I explained what happened and how upset I was, she stated they do not always follow their customers instructions. So, that told me they don't care what the customer wants. She then proceeded to tell me they will do what the care instructions say on the item. I double checked while on the phone to her and told her it stated dry cleaned preferred! I then asked the none caring person to request the owner/manager to call me back. As of today, one week and one day, I have heard nothing. I also tried to call them back but got no answer. The phone just kept ringing. That bedspread was $180.00 and I can't tell you how terrible the customer service is when you have a legitimate complaint! BEWARE!
Owner is very unprofessional and conceited. I would drive to Omaha or Des Moines before I'd give these losers my business.
$65 for them to replace a zipper and took 3 weeks for them to fix. Originally told my daughter 2 days. We kept calling to ask if it was ready, they said they would calls us. Three weeks later WE call them again and she says, "oh yes it's been ready."
WORTH YOUR TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE....OWNER IS UNCOUTH, UNEDUCATED AND UNRELIABLE....NOT TO MENTION THEY BURNT ALL OF MY CLOTHING WITH THEIR TOXIC PRODUCTS.
