The Kat Klub endures as a local Chicago-North Avenue Galewood neighborhood tavern, operating under existing family ownership since 1980. Kathi Noone, sole proprietor, has lived in the neighborhood her entire life; she caters to a clientele that she has come to know and appreciate. This clientele, while ever-evolving, has remained amazingly the same: a friendly, respectful community of diverse business and family professionals. From skilled trade workers to corporate CEOs, from attorneys to health care professionals to engineers and entrepreneurs, from first responders to students and local residents/family people, the Kat Klub embraces everyone. Professional networking is not uncommon; if you need help, you will get it here. Our "Cheers-esque" culture of family and friends creates an atmosphere that inherently prompts return visits. In addition to the everyday spirits, the KK offers a wide array of price-competitive domestic and imported bottled and draft beers; evolving daily specials highlight the information board. We offer free WiFi and an internet jukebox to accommodate any music tastes...occasional band and impromptu solo accoustic performances accompanied by regular dancing pervade.
