Kathy Kidd Taylor, certified through YOGAFIT(tm), with reassuring, positive guidance and active upbeat music. Beginners are welcome. No prior experience with yoga is required, ever!
** CLASS OFFERING / SCHEDULES **
• Basic Yoga Fitness: Very popular contemporary style. Accessible and challenging for new participants. Slow to moderately paced vinyasa flow, accompanied by music, with more description and commentary – subtle reminders, keeping the body and mind fully engaged. Modifications are offered and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
Classes are not ‘hot’ yoga. Temperature is mild and class sizes are relatively small (5-20 max). These general style classes are conducted in unique ways so that one class may not be exactly the same as another class. Both classes:
• Increase flexibility, strength, balance and power
• Release of stress, inner peace, calm and tranquility and the opportunity to handle life better
• Increased Mind/Body Connection
• Compliment, Supplement any Current Exercise Regimens
• Exploring these challenges in a Safe, Comfortable, Non-Competitive Environment
• $5/Class or $40 for 10-Class Punch Card
Class Schedule:
Mon & Wed Evenings: Basic 6:30pm – 7:30ish pm
Two Sat’s a Month: Basic 8:30am-9:30am
SATURDAY Mornings are typically twice each month. Schedules are subject to change and are updated regularly per wall postings and cover photo.

There are a limited number of spare mats and blocks available on a first come first serve basis - free of charge. You should plan to wear snug but comfortable clothing and practice is barefoot.
