I adore Kate Spade products, but this store's associates have no clue about customer service! I was one of two shoppers in the store and not one of the four associates greeted me, nor did they acknowledge me in any way. I walked all the way through the store, stopped to look at product, and stayed in the store for a full 5 minutes... Nothing... All while they were folding scarves?, or chatting with each other at the register... Wow, I won't be back...

I went in twice, the first time was very pleasant. I got greeted and helped, I was very happy when I left. I went in the 2nd time, looking at something that caught my eyes, a sale associate who came across very condescending and rude, said to me in a very condescending way like are you gonna try it on? Meaning if I didn’t, then don’t touch it? She made me feel very uncomfortable and not at ease when I looked around. I found another lady to help me because I did want to try it on and purchased it in the end. The 2nd lady was new and she was lack of information, but at least she was helpful, respectful and attentive to customers.

This review is for Kate Spade Canada and is not specific to this store. Unfortunately the Canadian stores do not hold the full inventory for shoes and heels and it is very frustrating. You see something online and you go in person to try it on, and there is literally only a few random styles available in stores which are not so exciting either. I always end up leaving their stores with disappointments. I wish they would bring in more inventory in Canada from their shoes and heels collection.

Better to buy online because sale person won't care you much they just focus on them cellphone and chating each other ,anyway its good for window shopping

Kate Spade website do not have Canadian inventory tracking option so I called this location to see if a watch is available. Very nice lady picked up and but I was informed that they cannot look up items by SKUs what?, I have to explain to her what the watch look like instead. what? After a minute or so she hung up on me, most likely an accident but poor experience nevertheless.

No customer service at all, no greeting, no one coming down to help you

One of the staff told me an item was on sale so I proceeded to buy it. The woman at the till said it was not on sale and the original woman helping then called me a liar and embarrassed me in the store. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Sale Associates did not greet or offer to help even though I was walking around and looking at purses for more than 5 mins. Very unwelcoming.

First time shopped there. Very impressive

The store do not offer the collection I needed. But, the salespeople are very helpful and friendly.
