I love this location, and aside from how clean and well-organized it is, Kaitlyn is an incredible stylist! I had ordered a Coach laptop bag off of Poshmark that arrived days before an important business trip, and arrived in awful condition. Not gonna lie, the Poshmark bag smelled like it had been stored in a nasty, funky basement. It was straight-up gross. So I was stuck without a classy bag that could carry my laptop, for a very important trip where I’d need it daily. Help! I called Kate Spade, and Kaitlyn went out of her way to find the perfect minimalist tote bag. Absolutely gorgeous, the perfect amount of compartments, and it didn’t dig into my shoulders as I’d requested — plus, it fit my MacBook Pro perfectly! Kaitlyn went out of her way to match me to this perfect bag and put it aside for me to rush in and out on the day of my flight to DC — and despite the ridiculous situation, she was so kind, friendly, and supportive! Even when I was showing up in a mad rush, she still went above and beyond in being as helpful as possible. Just a totally lovely human being to be representing the brand. 5 stars for great service.
I found a KS dress online that I loved but didn’t know what size to order. The staff found a similar dress for me to try on and helped me order the one I wanted. They were so helpful and friendly!!
I came in to see if they offered repair options for my well loved bag. One employee was very apologetic and said if I had had it more than a year there wasn’t a way they could help me. The other lady working said my bag looked like it came from a clearance store and continued to bring up how I did not pay full price for it. So what? It was still a Kate Spade and I was only made to feel unwelcome in the store.
Madison A. Helped me get the purse I love today. I was being very indecisive between the medium size and the large size. I mentioned that I wanted to be closer the the $300 range after I had already told her I was just going to get the larger bag. She got me a brand new bag that was perfectly packaged up and then gave me a small discount which made the price exactly where I had hoped to be! I have waited to buy a new purse for far too long, as I am super picky about size and color. This is my first Kate Spade bag and I could not be happier that I waited and found the perfect bag. Madison A. really made my experience amazing and truly touched me with her kindness. Plus the bag is gorgeous. I will be a loyal Kate Spade girl for life now! Thank you so much!
The ladies working tonight one brunette, one blonde were great! I came in a half hour before closing and they were super helpful. I never felt rushed and I felt really welcome which doesn't always happen in designer stores. Thank you to both of them for helping me find the great dress and fantastic leopard shoes!
Wonderful experience. Walked in to buy myself a birthday present and as soon as we stepped inside the store was greeted and asked how they could help. I requested the new smart watch in a specific color and they found it right away. The lovely ladies adjusted the strap for me and even told me to come back if I needed it re adjusted, which I did. Great experience
I went into the Cherry Creek location today ready to buy a new bag. Unfortunately, I was not greeted, I browsed and picked up several bags but I was never once approached by the gals working. I attempted to get their attention but they were too busy chatting with one another to pay attention. By contrast I left the store and went directly to Coach, their sister store, and was greeted warmly, shown several styles, and walked out with a new bag.
Brandy was immensely helpful and patient as she showed me all the store had to offer. With her guidance I was more than confident I had made the right gift purchase. Thanks a bunch!
Such amazing customer service and hospitality, Haley was the best. She was very helpful and had me trying on purses. I loved the experience!
The staff in this store is so friendly and welcoming. I normally order online but I'll be going back to this store from now on.
