I've been a patient of Dr. Fords for a long time... he is a great Dr., however, I am sitting here right now trying to talk to them and I have been on hold for SIXTEEN minutes and counting. That is RIDICULOUS. I could have driven to the office and talked to them in person by now. Dr. Ford has retired. It was kind of unexpected but that’s life. It’s not been easy finding a replacement.
The new Doctor Mr Doloan is the absolute best! He took over for dr Haynes and I absolutely adore him. Hes the only doctor that I have ever seen that takes the time to speak to you without ever rushing your appointment. Hes very kind and easy going and really will take the time to explain everything to you in detail. I never leave unsatisfied. Dr Fords office great job and a great pick for your facility.
Love Dr. Haynes! I have been on hold for 20 minutes of my lunch break and while I'm typing this review, remain on hold!! This is ridiculous. I've tried to reach you guys 3 times today alone! Each time I was on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone checking in. Couldn't stay on the line because I'm at work!!! This has happened for my last 2 appointment!
I am giving a two star because I have been with Dr. Ford since I was 18 years old or it would be a 1 star. I called in Feb. to make an appointment, and yes it had been awhile but the receptionist was RUDE and I asked if I could speak to the doctor and she said he will have to call you back it is now October and I still haven't received that call.
I love Dr. Haynes but it's a process to get a hold of them. Scheduling an appointment is hard due to long call waiting times. I've waited 10 minutes just to schedule an appointment.
My appointment was at 10am it is now 11am and I haven’t been called to the back. Extremely long waiting times. Needless to say I will find another primary care. And I’m pretty upset that Dr. Haynes isn’t there anymore!
The receptionist are always rude the Dr. Nadiene Haynes is Great! I'm always on hold for believable amounts of time right now on hold for 8 mins.
Dr.Dolan is the best he is the only doctor I know that remembers previous appointment conversations discussed I absolutely adore him he’s so helpful with anything you need I refer him to everyone..
Call all day for appointment,,, yes the receptionist answer and Put me in hold for 30 minutes, I make more than 10 calls, more than 20 minutes each, and not appointments yet
