I have been a patient of Dr. Finley-Parker for many years. Her staff treats everyone like you are family. It is a joy and pleasure to have them care for my dental health.

I like to leave good reviews, but I cannot in good faith do that here. Our family had been patients for several years and enjoyed the practice, but several incidents put that to a full stop. A practitioner incorrectly administered anesthetic to a family member, which was horrible. Our school-aged children routinely had 45 minute long waits for 5-10 minutes with a dentist. The front staff has changed over several times and communication was awful. Last minute appointment cancellations, sometimes being notified the day before only to have next availability six months out. Insurance headaches every visit. Inconsistent masking. When I went to cancel any upcoming appointments, there was no apology, no ask for a reschedule, nothing offered. The irony? I continued to receive texts and voicemails for the upcoming appointments. They couldn’t even cancel them correctly, so I had to circle back again. Please take note of how old the good reviews are. This practice has changed for the worse.

This friendly practice has been the game-changer in dental health for me! The staff is kind and caring and they make patients feel welcome. The dental care is top notch and thorough. I cannot recommend this practice too highly. Six stars if that were possible!

Decided that I needed a new dentist so last Aug 2021 I made an appointment here because of all the lovely reviews. First available was for April 4th 2022. That should have been my first red flag. March 28th got a confirmation text. Then, today, March 31st they canceled my appointment because of "staffing issues." New appointment date? September 14th. Clearly they don't need any new business.

This practice is wonderful. Everyone working in the practice that I have encountered is friendly, caring, and professional. They seem up-to-date with current procedures. Rose is an excellent hygienist. She is thorough. She really cares about insuring you are comfortable. Becky is friendly and fun at the front desk. Both Dr Kitts and Dr Finley-Parker are excellent dentists and really take time to help you to understand what is going on. They are not a stuffy practice at all. I recommend them.

Have been a client of Kit for over 20 years. And she has done a lot of work for me. Not only is she a great clinician but has a huge heart, and genuinely loves her work and Cares for her patients. Also, a great shout out to my new hygienist, Rose. She is professional, patient, kind, offers great and honest advice. By the way, my previous hygienist, Cheryl, who unfortunately has retired, was a hard act to follow. Also, All the office staff are always friendly and professional as well. Can't say enough good things about this practice. Thanks, to all!!

Best dentist practice ever! EVERYONE is personable, friendly, professional, and concerned for your comfort. My family has been going to Dr. Kitt Finley-Parker and associates for years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Finley-Parker has been my dentist for a long time. She and her staff are very professional. My recent visit could not have gone any better. The procedures were exactly what I expected and took less time than I expected. She and her staff are outstanding! Would highly recommend!

I've been going to this dentist office for more than 20 years. When I moved away, it was a long drive so I decided to try to find someone else that would be closer to home.. I have tried 3 different dentist offices that were closer to home and had good reviews. But not one of them came close to comparing with the quality of service that you will find at Doctor family Parker Family Dentistry!

Very pleased with her work. The office staff is very friendly and knows who you are when you first walk in. She improved my smile in just 5 minutes by buffing out some work that a previous dentist did. This truly left a last iou ng impression. My whole family will be switching to Dr Kitt Finley-Parker
