My job demands well kept nails. In the monsoon of a rain storm yesterday, I pulled off Philmont to relax at not my regular nail salon. While I realize the beauty of America being the melting pot, I felt quite alone as the manicurist had several conversations, none with me, none in English. But, a manicure is a manicure, right? Especially for a professional man, I'm not getting acrylic or anything exotic. My nails now look like I chew them. I have been gloved all day to avoid the embarrassment of anyone seeing them today.Service: Manicure

I normally don’t do reviews but I was VERY dissatisfied! I have only been here a few times and loved it each time until my last time. When I walked in I already had acrylics on I asked for a removal and a new full set. Helen had a complete attitude about taking off my acrylics since they were so “long” and had designs. She was making jokes and laughing the entire time. I don’t think she realized myself that I speak their language . I couldn’t believe so of the things that she was saying about me it was DISGUSTING! Also as she was making jokes and complaining about doing them she was ripping off my acrylics off of my nails and it hurt so badly!The other workers were just looking at me and laughing I have never felt so uncomfortable. When it came to the end I ended up not liking my nails and when I came up to the front they total be the price and did not give me the exact change back. Unfortunately I wanted to like this place so bad but I won’t be coming back again

Ask for prices before getting anything done. The male nail tec in the pass took over 2 hours to do my nails because he kept getting up to answer the phone and kept going outside. When I told the other employees they told me he was the manager and there wasn’t anything they could do. Their signs says $35 for a full set and every visit has been $45. Today the manager charged me $62 for the same full set I have been getting for 2 years and gave me the wrong change back. Rather than admitting his error he kept trying to justify why the price was so high.

Took my mom to try this place for the first time and we both loved it! Got regular pedicures for $28 each and were there for about an hour. It included lotions and a mini leg massage. 10/10 would recommend! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

They ripped my acrylic nails off along with my natural nail. I do not trust them with my nails nor my nail health i am not coming back & they should educate themselves on nail health and cleanliness.Services: Acrylic nails

Edit do not go here unless you want bad service.. even if you make an apt you’ll wait 30+ minutes…. If anything ask for Annie .. zoom in to see how chunky and gross. I showed her a picture she said she didn’t need to see it. I walked outside it looked totally different than inside. Get new lighting.

My residents at Crescent Fields Senior Living & Staff rave about Kathys so today I decided on my day off to travel 1hr 20mins to get a fill in. I decided after a conversation with my nail tech to go with a gel manicure. I have to say they are truly one of the best nail salons Ive been too. Friendly,Clean,beautiful nail work and reasonable pricing for the area. Im happy I listened to my residents & staff. Thank you Ladies

Came here around 2pm as a walk in and was seen right away. There was plenty of colors to choose from the gel collection which is always a good sign. Annie took care of my gel manicure and was so gentle and took her time the whole way through. She even kept checking to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, and design. My nails look great, and I feel confident that I will be back in the future!

I was there yesterday getting my Manicure and Pedicure done first time there It was a great experience. Jenny was the one who took care of me, she is amazing. I trusted her to do my eyebrows, and OMG she did a phenomenal job. Cant stop saying how much I love this place. From now on this will be my salon. Thank you Jenny !!!!!!!!

Wonderful attentive service. They will try on demand design and do a great job of it. Initially I tried them because they were the only place open on January 2nd. I have been going there every 2-3 weeks ever since. Very reasonably priced. I highly reccomend.
