Great Service…nice car wash. Highly recommend! Nice gentlemen gave me an awesome promotion.

This car wash since it opened has been my favorite ever I take both of our household cars here as often as I can- T an employee here is always so friendly and extremely helpful. They have clean towels available and free vacuums you can even add some air to your tires here!Service: Vacuuming

The new location on S Frwy @ Seminary Was excited to try the new location however after the wash, as I was vacuuming I noticed the metal strip on passenger side had been ripD off and some lite damage to bumper. Damage like almost ripN the strip from it. When I went to the service window the young man gave me back my strip. He asked me to complete a customer Service Claim I did and assured me "Mark" would take care of it, but first he has to review video. I got a business card with instructions to Email "Mark" and he would contact me... I've gone back to ask and just told he would call, I've emailed with no reply, and I've called and he returned my call, left a voice mail that he would be available for next 15min ... I was haveN a mammogram geez! Now no call no email, no response.. any suggestions what I should do.. estimates came out to $600, do I pay in hopes of reimbursement, do I contact a lawyer, naaahh noone got hurt, do I take it to small claims?... Idk . But HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.. I do NOT recommend . Goti the other carwash on Seminary.. that place had a sponge roller fall off on to a nice truck, but I tink it's fixD now...

Love being able to drive through and get my car cleaned inside and out. Just wished other people respected businesses more and cleaned up behind themselves. Employees need to attend the mess rude people leave in the vaccum area

i really love this drive thru wash but recently they are having problems with the tire dressing especially with the 15 dollar application and the Katie on seminary Dr Fort Worth Tx it’s tire dressing is always broken but your car is wash but your tire will be looking dehydrated like a mutha lol

This was my first time at Katie’s and I absolutely love Mike p’s customer service. He explained the member membership package VERY WELL ‼ I will be back for another wash.

When I first pulled in saw Mike p cleaning every piece of trash and changing the bags. Even with the strong wind going on. Then he came and asked if I wanted a wash and if I had the money I would have just because he asked me! Keep the hard work going Mike p.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Brand New Car hatchback Antenna torn off by brushes inside wash! Nobody knows anything! There need to be warnings for at risk vehicles since they know that certain parts CAN BE DAMAGED and all they for the customer awareness Is two $5.00 signs listing everything everything except motor!, Lessons here! This place looks like high it's operated by high school kids running it Not paying attention! Who ever the owners are BE RESPONSIBLE ! At least have a 1800-number available for the Adults to discuss these at risk parts on new vehicles! instead of someone that can only do a shoulder shrug, it's very obvious this carwash GOING BY YOUR STANDARDS ACCORDING TO YOUR SIGNS CAN NOT can not! OR IS NOT CAPABLE OF NEWER VEHICLES !

Thought it was a good car wash till you find out there system leaks hydraulic fluid all over your car and very hard to get off .instead of shutting down to fix there machines they keep going knowing the problem Won't recommend
