One of the best groomers in California. I took my dog to Katrina for a simple bath and cut, and now she is hooked. She also groomed my cat Tony and trims his nails to perfection. Ginger dog0 loves the pampering and being spoiled even more than she already is. Katrina and her staff take great care in making sure every animal is meticulously groomed and delivered to the pet parent's satisfaction. I would recommend her to anyone. My Ginger and Tony are customers for life.
Quick easy fast what else could you ask for, it's like a dry cleaners, but for your pets... Staff a definite plus plus... That stupid person at the bottom Leo Foenerro lives in Ontario. Had never been to San Leandro, California. And is giving 1 star rating cuz they color animals hair as requested by their owners. His entire line of reviews are all 1 star. This man goes through life hating everything. I like my pets colored Leo Foenerro, wutcha going to do, give me one star? I like to slap a star on you! Just one time tall man with little brain.
Terrible customer service. And they treat animals here as objects and accessories. If you want animal lovers grooming your pets, go somewhere else. This place manipulates animals in order to satisfy the ego of the "owner" with complete disregard and respect to the beings they are servicing. As long as man treats animals the way we treat them now, we will never understand what respect really means. This salon is a depressing example of how humans ruin everything for their own personal wants. Its disgusting and terribly sad. When I respectfully reached out to the shop and asked why they groom animals this way, they did not reply, and blocked me after viewing the message. This I find even more disapointing that they wont even explain to people their reasons for doing such things, likely because they know itbis wrong and don't plan on stopping. This is one of the many things that human beings will look back to in 50 years in complete disgust and how we think we can do whatever we want to non human beings. Katrina should own up to what she is doing, and simply stop. There are so many ways you can express your creativity, without painting animals, regardless if the mediums used are safe for pets or not. Katrina please do the right thing and save your business from going under because now that the world is seeing what you are doing, your are gonna go down in shame if you dont realize that what you are doing is NOT OKAY.
