Was able to learn a lil sum from the coach while he watched me spar with his fighter and one of my sparring partners then get some more work in for the whole day. Valid.
This gym is great for my kiddo. Although we’ve had some family emergencies and he hasn’t gone in the last month. He loves this place. Great for kids with ADHD, Coach Rodney is awesome and my son likes him. He’s great with kids
The owner Rodney is an absolute honorable man. I will not go to another gym. He lives and dies by his word. Coaches are great environment is on point and training is second to none. He has my business! Great Job Coach!
This is an awesome place to workout and get in shape. Coach Rodney is a great guy and really has a passion for helping people get in shape and get better at boxing. All the other people who train there are very friendly and supportive. The workouts will kick your a**, but they will never make you do more more you can handle.
Great gym. Great staff. Great environment. If you are looking to either get in shape, learn the details, or find a team to be a part of, Katy Boxing Gym is the perfect place. The owner is very approachable and willing to help at any time. I encourage those who are reading this to try one week and see how you like it. If I had to guess, you will not be disappointed.
Wonderful gym and amazing team. Coach Rodney helped me through alot and I'm down a huge amount of weight. I thank him and his coaching for helping me find myself again. Don't know what would've happened if I didn't join. It's a great place, join or try it out. Once you start you cant stop it's highly addicting.
Actually don't have TOO much bad to say about this facility besides that ive been trying to cancel my membership for the past two months and somehow I keep getting charged. Was told told to text him the manager in which I did multiple times explaining I wanted to cancel and he told me to text him saying I wanted to cancel. So I text him, seen that he read the message and STILL have yet to have my membership cancelled and was charged. Normally use to dealing with individuals who give their word and stand on it.
I’ve been coming to the gym for about a year now. As a retired MMA fighter trying to find a “real” gym, not a fitness center where a bunch of people sit around taking selfies, I can say I found it! The owner Coach Rodney is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable in both boxing and MMA. He takes the time to show each client the proper way to do things...treats everyone as if they were family! I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who truly wants to get into shape or learn to box and eventually compete!!!
I registered my daughter to this gym, after 2 weeks she never got one on one training. She was so lost, I believe you have to to tip the trainers if you want one on one. Also I told the "gentleman" that I wanted to cancel after those 2 weeks and he kept charging my card for 3 months very inconvenient I had to cancel my card. I think he thinks we dont check our bank accounts from what I've read on other reviews. Very unprofessional!
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. They continue to charge you even when you cancel your membership, they say no verbal cancelations but that is not listed anywhere on their website. NOT OKAYY
