SCAM ARTIST!! Worst insurance agency possible, previously known as KATZ INSURANCE AGENCY owned by Marge. Speaking from doing business with them, they never answer or return a urgent phone call, and they re-wrote a previous policy and tried selling it to my dealership with the actual insurance companies approval. I reported it to the better business bureau, which leads me to think they’ve done this before and that’s the reason they changed they’re name from scamming so many!

Souuthfield Insurance Agency is a great company. The agent was very easy to talk to and work with. I got done with everything in about 20 minutes. I recommend this agency for help in finding low cost insurance.

These ladies are nice but they are captive progressive agents who literally plug in numbers and whatever it spits out that's yo price, plus progressive went up on my policy and is makin me jump thru hoops to resolve it, i don't feel my agents were very motivated to help me maybe they was jus tired of me idk, anyways idk if this is more reflective of katz or progressive but to me they are one in the same you are as good as the product in which you sell ‍‍‍
