Completely satisfied. Great space for kids. My daughter enjoys going to the “dentist” because she have lots of fun. It’s like a playground it keeps her distracted and busy. What makes it even better, you hardly spend time waiting. In and out process. Dentist is nice and the assistants. I’m pleased
***PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE*** I have never taken time and write a review to help people. Please do not come and do any treatment at this place. They are so unprofessional.I had the appointment for my daughter. I think there was no laughing gas used during the treatment. I paid for it and I physically checked it to ensure because I read the review after my first visit trust me first visit wasn’t good either, I went second time because my daughter was in pain and they were giving an early appointmentbut I was right ,they didn’t use it. My daughter was terrified, and cried out loud when the doctor was treating her/ taking her tooth out . As soon as he took out the tooth, he just ran out of the room like it’s just the disease he took out. And nurse was rushing too. When I asked her what to do if she would feel pain , she simply said go to the front, they will tell you…. Receptionist is not a DOCTOR or nurse. It was terrible experience, never going to visit again… I was rushing because my kid was in pain. PLEASE DO NO GO TO THIS DENTIST PLACE I HOPE THIS place WOULD CLOSE SOON.
My son was very comfortable, Very thorough examination. Detailed information about what he needs. Highly recommend this children’s dentistry office.
Another dentist after telling them I did not want a silver crown on many occasions probably 3 and even reread her notes and agreed to our discussion, gave me papers to sign after numbing. I reached out on google chat to this dental group and they answered all my concerns and questions I had a lot. Nevertheless in less than 24 hours I got an appointment and the work needed done in less than an hour! Zero wait time and fast and efficient service. Before I even reached out I read all negative reviews and could see that they were far from true but more personal.
Dr. Kaufman is kind, quick and honest. My daughter had so much anxiety and he was calming her down baby root canal , Dr. Kaufman showed her pictures of his children. Amazing dentist. I’m so happy with his work and his empathy towards others.
The staff is wonderful, patient and kid friendly!!!! The atmosphere caterers to children making their experience less frightening. The wait was short. My children always have a great experience there.
The dentist and his staff are kind, caring, patient and dedicated to their patients. Each of my children have very different needs and personalities - the staff are able to accommodate each child in the way they need to be treated to make their treatment well-rounded and comfortable. My children are 1, 3 and 5. They love the dentist and look forward to each visit because of the kid-friendly environment and incredible staff. My son even asked if he could go back to the dentist because it was fun. They've even gone as far as to purchase special stickers and make sure each child leaves on a positive note. Highly recommend this practice!
I called for an emergency appointment because my son was having severe pain. When I called the rep. gave me a quick appointment. When arrived, my son was crying tears and yet we waited 1hour 15 min. I wasn’t made since it was a last minute appointment. They told me they didn’t take my insurance so I paid out of pocket. When we got in the chair, I was told that his baby teeth is trying to come out and he has a cavity but they do not pull teeth on a Saturday. I was very frustrated because I wasted time and money especially for them to do nothing. On another note the facility was very nice and clean.
