When I was looking for a new dentist, a neighbor recommended Kaufman Dentistry. My experiences with Kaufman have been top-notch. The dentists use the latest technology to improve patient care for example, there is no need to get a temporary crown, as a new crown is 3-d carved onsite; have outstanding, highly trained staff shout-out to Albert, who is so nice!; and excellent dental hygienists. The office is run really well and is very organized. The staff takes their time in explaining things and making sure that patients are as comfortable as possible. Lina was my recent dental hygienist and I was impressed with her attention to detail. My dental cleaning was really thorough and she was really gentle. Kaufman Dentistry has two dentists, Dr. Warren Kaufman "Dr. Warren" and Dr. Matthew Kaufman Dr. Warren's son, aka "Dr. Matt. Dr. Matt has been my dentist for several procedures. He is very approachable, funny, and highly skilled. Overall, I can't recommend Kaufman Dentistry highly enough!
I just had my second visit to Dr. Matt. I changed to this practice for insurance purposes. Although I was a bit put off by an appointment prepay requirement they have in some instances my overall opinion is very favorable. Dr. Matt is very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust his advice and guidance. I most recently received a cleaning from Lina and she is the best. I look forward to a long relationship with Kaufman Dentistry.
My wife and I moved to Los Angeles ten years ago. Looking for a dentist, we were lucky that a friend enthusiastically recommended Kaufman Dentistry. Our experience has been identical. Dental care instead of being a source of constant anxiety and distress has become associated with confidence and peace of mind. In my frequent visits to the office for various services including several crowns and fillings both Doctors Matt and Warren have acted as ideal dentists. What distinguishes them is the combination of four consistent characteristics. They are extremely competent dentists with impressive professional knowledge, experience and skill. This competency is accompanied with a caring attitude. They like their work and care about their patients' well being. Many a times we felt as if we were a family member. Furthermore, they are truly honest. Their moral and principled character earned our trust. finally, they are cheerful, communicative and pleasant persons who became a friend. In addition, the entire staff are professional, pleasant, competent and helpful. I am retiring in a few months and therefore we will move from California. One of the things that we will miss is our access to Kaufman Dentistry.
Dr. Warren Kaufman is in a league of his own. I visited Dr. Kaufman after a referral from Dr. Bornstein at Culver City Orthodontics who is also great btw. Frankly, I don't remember the last time I experienced a Dr. who cares, listens, and is paying as much attention as Dr. Kaufman. In a day and age where most of medicine feels more like a "McDonalds - one billion served" machine - Dr. Kaufman breaks that mold and sets an example for Drs. everywhere. I appreciated Dr. Kaufman's bedside manner, his attention to detail, and his diagnostician's eye. Don't hesitate to visit Dr. Kaufman for even a minute!

I've been a patient for more than 20 years. The service I have received over that time is beyond what I had ever expected. Profession and caring doctors, both of them. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office in modern with the most up to date equipment. Warren and Matthew really care about the treatment they provide and they provide it in a way that makes going to the dentist a pleasant event. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are really the some of the best in their field.
Dr. Kaufman I go to Dr. Matt is truly the best dentist I've ever had, and there's really nothing I can think of that this office could be doing better. EVERYONE in the practice, from the front office, to the hygienists, x-ray techs, and of course Dr. Matt and his dad Warren, are exceptionally competent and friendly. During the pandemic they have inspired confidence in their COVID safety protocols. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Over the last several years, Dr. Kaufman has completed all my restorations of other dentists' work, and did one implant. I especially love that crowns, onlays and inlays are all manufactured onsite while you wait. No more messy fittings, temporary crowns, and then having to come back two weeks later to complete the work. Basically it's two hours and you're done. It's obvious that Dr. Matt genuinely loves what he does, takes pride in his work, and is constantly striving to stay up to date with the latest technology; but only using tech that actually improves care. No question, Kaufman Dentistry gets 5 out of 5.
I have now been going to Kaufman Dentistry for a couple years. Every appointment, from the second I walk through the door to the second that I leave, has been met with a multitude of pleasurable experiences. Both Matthew and Warren are kind, caring and gentle individuals. They are personable and professional. They take the time, not only to inform, but also to educate me on how to take better care of my teeth. They are thorough, and I never feel rushed. The staff always seems to be smiling and in a positive mood. I'm getting to know them individually, and they seem like one big family! I'm grateful that I have finally found a dental office that I can trust and rely on.
Fear of going to the dentist? That all ends here! I’ve been through it all with dentists and messing up my teeth. Dr. Kaufman is my hero and I told him I will love him forever! He is gentle, kind and understanding. I had a tooth extracted and bone implanted and I didn’t feel a thing. No swelling, nothing! Not like my other one done elsewhere, where my whole mouth was miserable for days. I can’t say it enough, best dentist I’ve ever met! His staff is wonderful as well. Especially Lori.
Scheduled service as new client through my dental provider. Selected them because their in my providers network. Missed work for appointment. Get there to find out that I have to pay $57 for X-rays. My PPO plan shows that X-rays are free if dentist is within their network. This place is in the network. But they don’t do free X-rays. So any work you do need from them is going to break the bank. There fee are not going to be reasonable. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg at this place.
