This store and staff are the best! We worked with Blanca who was one of the best sales associates I've ever worked with. She was knowledgeable and patient and helpful beyond words. The ring we got for my wife was perfect. Blanca even answered texts and went out of her way on her time off and vacation. That's is customer service that you don't find much anymore. If you need or have jewelry needs, I recommend this Kay's store at Washington Square Mall. You won't be disappointed. Ask for Blanca, but all the staff and manager are top notch. Thank you Blanca.....you have customers for life!
My now husband twenty years ago purchased my engagement and wedding ring from this very Kay Jewelers. He also purchased the lifetime warranty. In twenty years we had moved a number of times and I had mixed feelings about the customer service I received in various places in the US. We returned to Oregon and I finally went back. And I could not have left Washington Square Kay Jewelers happier. My faith was restored! I came in saying it had been a long time since I had been in. My ring needed attention, and I was even missing a diamond, which I knew I would have to pay for. Ricky was my clerk, and he could not have been kinder, more friendly, or helpful. He immediately found my account did not hassle me or pressure me he helped me work with my warranty, what I needed to pay to replace my diamond my inspections had lapsed so that was clearly on me, h suggested it needed new prongs and he wanted to make sure it is ready for more decades to come. I received a paper and digital receipt. I received confirmation my ring arrived at the repair facility, and received an email that my ring was back in the store. And it was a week early! I was thankful for Ricky's excellent customer service and sent a personal thanks to the store manager and received one in return. I think in this day and age we accept subpar customer service as the status quo with chain stores. But Washington Square Kay came through, and I will be sure to keep up on my warranty inspections and they will have my business in the future.

Diamond fell out of my ring within a few months of getting it. I attempted to contact Kay jewelers several times and could not get in contact with them. I FINALLY was able to get a hold of them 5 months after the diamond fell out and was told that I “missed my inspection in November”. Interesting remark as I have been trying to get a hold of them since October about this issue. Do not recommend shopping here. Poor quality jewelry, bad customer service once you have purchased. Clearly they do not care about their customers. I regret choosing them for my wedding band.
I came in to add extra to my wedding band. I’ve been in multiple times and couldn’t find anything that I really liked. I came in today and ruby helped me. At first, I couldn’t find anything but they ended up suggesting these two bands and I’m honestly so happy. 10/10 recommend. They’re very sweet and had an amazing idea! I’m so happy I finally found my forever set after so long!! Highly recommend
Coriel Wormdahl is such a delight to work with at this location— he talked through options with me for my fiance and my wedding bands, and he was so knowledgable and helpful. He was easily able to customize our bands and walked me through the full set of options, and had great ideas as to how we could get a preview of what we'd be getting before the rings came in e.g. I was interested in a 1mm width band which he didn't have in stock— he suggested I turn my ~1mm engagement ring around on my finger to get an idea of what it would look like— so simple and so effective. I'm still shocked I didn't think of it, and still so grateful he suggested it!. We corresponded over email for a bit after my visit and he was incredibly prompt and informative with his responses. Thank you Coriel for making this part of wedding planning so much less stressful!

Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with a ring I purchased online. I went into the store in hopes of rectifying the situation. Professionalism from Blanca is exactly what I received. She arranged to have the flaws fixed and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Thank you!
Cornell Wormdahl the store manager has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience in the store has been wonderful he is smart, he is a very good with customers. And I was makes my trip to Kay's a wonderful experience.
