Excellent customer service. I bought my garnet earrings from here and with garnet being so difficult to find it made me really happy that they supplied some. I got a great deal and will definitely return. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, this store failed to train one of the floor supervisors shoulder length blonde hair in how to provide great customer service or in how to conduct basic jewelry store operations. Dealt with individual for nearly 2 months in getting a replacement for a broken item and either the wrong item comes in and/or you get excuses on why the order was somehow "cancelled" by someone. Individual says they will call you when item arrives, but we always wind up calling. Supervisor claims she calls, but we never received any missed calls and she is very rude on the phone and in person. If you want quality customer service and things done correctly the first time, suggest you go to another store. Its definitely worth the drive to Florence or Columbia!
I have been to this store three times this year. The first time I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Angie helped me pick out a Levian set that was tailored to my style. The next two times I came to get a present for my mother and my boyfriend. She asked a lot of questions about them what they do, what they like, etc in order to guide me to items that would be perfect for them. They loved what we picked out. I will not go anywhere else due to the attentiveness and professionalism of this store.
Irene Jones and Kaitlynn Horton have such beautiful, sparkling personalities! They are very professional and will help you with any of your jewelry needs, despite the store being extremely busy they still delivered amazing service!
My husband has dealt with this location for 5 years and they were our favorite location until now. We moved 2 hours away, but still chose to keep them as our jeweler. My husband decided to do a layaway with them for our most recent transaction with them, as the item purchased was just supposed to be a "just because" gift. The way he was treated was absolutely shocking. Long story short, we are out of $300 and all the manager said is that it will take 2-3 weeks before they cam come up with the money that my husband put into the layaway. She says that at the moment they dont have that much cash in the drawer. Just wow. Highly disappointed with the way this went.
Paid Kay Jewelers through PayPal online, went to pick it up at the Sumter Mall they said they didn't get payment. PayPal said payment was made and I have confirmation number and email saying that it was paid. They wouldn't give me my the item I bought.
If I can give 0 on review I will do it I spend so m much money on my Kay’s not $100 your talking about 1000 and $1000 of dollars but lately the costumers service was so horrible the manager Liza so Rude I wish I listened to other people how the costusmer been change it was not like it was before The stuff and manager was vey friendIy and professional but this new stuff it’s horrible . I will never spend any penny this store.
Please carefull with this store here in Sumter Sc, Lisa the manager just tried to have me escorted of after she doesnt know what she did with $8,000 ring. We are here with the police right now. She refuses to give me updates or tell me the Dms information. She wont call him or give information to me please be careful. I just need Kay's to call me and get me my ring back please I have called customer service multiple times! Help no one can help me I paid for my ring in full and bought extra warranty.
