I just want say that I've spent a lot of money in this store and the manager Kayla is just the greatest! She ALWAYS make me feel like I'm important to Kay's and that she appreciates my patronage. Along with her professionalism, She goes above and beyond to ensure that I will continue to shop at Kay's!! You're awesome and thank you.
Stopped by the Keene branch twice today to make a purchase. Both times found separate, handwritten notes saying they would open at two different times.
The saleswoman was attentive and friendly, and helped me select gifts for my wife and sister and even me!. Not pushy in the least, although she did ask to show me some drastically more expensive options... She was receptive when I explained that they were beyond what I was looking to spend. It is worth noting, they only sell one size of ring, and will try to charge you extra if you need a different size. They lose a star for that nonsense. Also, they have a very large sign prohibiting firearms, including by those legally licensed to carry them, such as police, investigators, and other individuals licensed by the state. I'm not commenting on it, just pointing out that it's posted.
DON'T SHOP HERE! Credit Fraud! Tried to call and get info about what happened for the police report and the "Manager" Sandy was incredibly rude and wouldn't let my wife or I speak without cutting us off. Incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I will never shop at another KAYS again. I'm ashamed for them and now I have to deal with $10,000 worth of credit charged under my name while I'm deployed overseas with a store location we live no where by!
Only giving them a one star because I had to. They are absolutely horrible. Do not support Kay’s or Jared’s!!!! !!!! I sent my ring out to get redipped and they changed my ring!! It’s not what it used to be after they so called cleaned it. Warn all of your friends to never ever ever shop here!!! I warned you!!!!! If you want your ring to last. This is not where you want to get it from! They are both awful awful awful!!!!!!! I warned you all! Tell every single person you know!!!!!!
I don’t know how this company hasn’t been sued resulting in going out of business. First off, my fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and they sized it down THREE whole sizes. My fiancé picks it up and they let him leave with it missing a Diamond? We bring it back it gets sent out, go to pick it up and they say wow we should of ordered you a new ring because now the integrity is compromised, “have a nice day”. Lied about interest rates too. Fast forward I had been wearing it for about two months, three diamonds are loose and it’s tarnishing. AND I KNOW you guys swapped out my main Diamond. The clarity - it’s obvious. Called corporate and they said their is nothing they can do. Enjoy the class action you’re going through, you deserve it.
I have had a terrible time trying to get my engagement ring. It took 3 weeks to come in and then it was the wrong size. If I didn’t like the ring so much I would have taken my business elsewhere. My fiancé wanted me to have it for Valentines Day. If I’m lucky I’ll have it for St. Patrick’s day. I’m not a happy customer. I won’t be going to Kays for our wedding bands for sure.
Brand new store with a huge selection and grade A service. I came to get my wife’s ring inspected. Steffanie, the manager, helped with the wedding bands. The designated band for my wife’s ring is retired, but Steffanie found me two and got them to her store for me to purchase. This was tremendous service she gave us with help from Sandy and Marianne. We will forever come to this location for all of our jewelery needs. Thank you Kay’s in Keene and keep up the awesome work!
The staff was very courteous and helped with my watch battery. They had some lovely options and were very forthcoming with information.
I got a ring here, it was beautiful but the main stone I noticed after two days was very loose, so we called they said no problem bring it in we can replace it. Go in to get it replaced and now they tell us there is not another one it was one of a kind. I’m very disappointed. Ended up walking out with of course one that’s more expensive. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Should have just gone to good fortune, def will next time!
