This is a great store to buy quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Moreover, the staff at the Bismarck Kay's are always helpful, very friendly, cordial, and work hard to satisfy me, the customer! I can't think of any time in the many years I've been coming here that I've ever been unhappy or dissatisfied. They're the best!
Kay Jewelers is the only jewelry store I go to for my jewelry. I have been for many years. My mom did, also. They always have excellent service and if I do need repairs on the pieces I have gotten there, it is well done. I always use the excellent warranty they offer. I recently had a new stone to replace the one that I had chipped. It looks wonderful! I always enjoy visiting when I have my “check-ups” twice a year with the associates. I highly recommend Kays in Bismarck.
My soon to be wife and I stopped here to look at rings for our last minute wedding ended up finding what we both wanted. The ladies there were friendly and extremely helpful. I also appreciate that they weren't pushy like most people in sales they cared about finding what my lady wanted and that was wholesome to see. Thank you again Kay Jewelers
I had an amazing experience at the Bismarck store! The manager Erica was fantastic! She was great to work with, always goes above and beyond, and you can tell she loves what she does! So helpful!
Every time I come in to get my engagement ring looked at and cleaned I am greeted by such nice people. This past time I went in Makayla and Erica helped me make a plan for my ring. They had such good ideas and were willing to help me above and beyond what was expected.
When I first started shopping at the Kay’s in Bismarck everything was peaches and cream until I purchased an engagement ring from them. One of their biggest and common Claim is that they send emails saying the changes to the prongs were completed and back at Kay’s jewelers in Bismarck and I have proof the only emails I got were advertisements, they also claim that they will call you with updates on your piece of jewelry. This never happened, when I asked about why I wasn’t getting phone calls I was told that “the call never went through”. When I first sent the ring in to change the prongs because they where scratching and cutting my fiancé and myself, so naturally we needed a solution so I brought it into the store and was told that it would be fixed and with our specifications done within one weeks time. I didn’t get a single phone call nor email about the ring for over three months. When I did call they then told me that a gem had been cracked and the ring should be in the store within a days time, this was the same excuse for the next two times I had called them. When they finally had my ring now four months later. I had made sure that my Mother-in-law and father-in-law could pick up the ring, however they told them that they were not on the account after i specifically made sure both of them were on my account and thus didn’t let my fiancés parents pick up the ring. Skip a few days ahead now my engagement ring is ready and has its gems and the very thing is to order, I came in the store to pick up the ring and they had it and everything seemed fine until I left the store where I hadn’t taken it out of the box and one of prongs in the diamond is bent at 30 degree angle. At this point I’d rather never set foot back into this Kay’s, they are friendly, and have a sense of style but they are NOT customer service friendly weeks turn into months and I got the same excuse multiple times. It’s astonishing to know that a worker looked at my engagement ring and didn’t happen to notice something blaring wrong with a prong then handed my ring to me.
To be honest I’m very picky, and we were in here many time to find the right ring. Staff was always courteous and helpful and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. When we went back in to look for men’s rings they were just as helpful even though the men’s rings cost significantly less than mine had. I’ll shop here again!
The staff in Bismarck, ND are great! Really make you feel taken care of! Working with them to get my custom engagement ring to be perfect has not been an easy process but they really know how to ease your worries.
Damaris was the one who helped me, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable and meticulous. I really appreciate all she did and felt I was in good hands!
I have been working with Kay’s jewelry in Bismarck for about 12 years now. They are always so helpful for any if my issues. Just recently a tragic mishap happened where my ring was lost while in for repair which is always free and outstanding communication. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with during this unpleasant time. Delores has been a life saver and made this bad experience into a surprisingly good experience. Thank you so much for your dedication and caring. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
