Always for the last 20+ years have I had great experiences here used to be Osterman with Barb. She is exceptional @ her job & usually & at all possible i try to have her as my salesperson. The other employees are great too
I live 10 minutes away from the Lima store and I drive all the way to Findlay because of the excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy! The Lima manager could use some pointers from these gals. Keep up the great work!
I've been to many Kay's Jewelry Stores they are ok here but not overly excited to see you. But my biggest complaint is my Ring was purchased at Kay's some years back and it needed resized due to an injury to my finger and they charged me $109.00 to do this. I think that's terrible since it was purchased at a Kay's. I even brought it in the original box. Money hungry company I guess.
I've had nothing but issues with this place and whoever they send their jewelry out to. I've had to take my ring back 3 or 4 different times already for diamond chips falling out. And yet again will have to because whoever deals with sautering bands doesnt check their work when they're done! I'm not even a professional and INSTANTLY saw that my bands were completely off centered from the rest of the ring!!! Ugh this place is a joke...
Poor customer service. Poor craftsmanship. Bought my wife's wedding ring and band in June of 2014, its been broken 4 times and in the shop being repaired for a total of over 6 months. Employees didn't seem to care about the issue. Wish I would have bought somewhere else.
I went to Kay Jewelers because my engagement ring need to be sized. They told me that they could successfully size my engagement ring last December. Since then it has broke twice, most recently in June. My fiance had this ring made for me from another company and we went to Kay Jewelers because they had the most reasonable pricing on ring sizing. We SPECIFICALLY told them that the ring was not made by them and they said it was no problem. I got the ring back in mid December and in mid February its snapped at the weld line. They fixed the weld and after almost a month and half I got it back and started wearing it again. In June it snapped at the weld line again. I called them and at first they said that they would put a new bottom half of the ring on it, seeing as it had been just six months since they had first sized it and it has broken twice. But when i called back again to confirm that I was bringing it over, they tried to say that they were going to charge me 200 dollars to fix it. They also tried to say that they told us to begin with that it was too thin of a ring to size, but they did not. If they were not comfortable taking on the responsibility of sizing it they should have turned down my ring. This is THEIR mistake. They are claiming because its not their ring that they are not liable, but they are. As i have said before we were upfront with the from the beginning about it not being their ring. This is my grandma's diamond and my fiance's statement of love. This ring cost a lot of money, and a week after i got it back the last time, the metal has started to bend and break at the weld line again. They have ruined my ring, I can no longer wear it and cannot afford to fix it. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I called their corporate office myself to try and get a resolution and all they did was offer me 50 dollars off the price of fixing it. This is not acceptable. I have lost tears and sleep over the stress of this and I am pregnant and do not need the extra stress on me or the baby. I will never, ever go to them every again, this is infuriating and ridiculous.
The staff at Kay Jewelers in Findlay refuse to smile and seem to have forgotten that service is part of their job. Every time I go to have my ring cleaned or sent away for service they treat me like I am unworthy of their service and that my children are unwelcome in their store. I must be wasting their time. Please train your employees that there can be joy in service and that each person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect no matter how much money he spends with you that day.
Went in for just my routine jewelry inspection and cleaning and was very disappointed in the customer service!! The woman obviously did not enjoy her job and didn’t even try to address an issue I had with a wedding band that we purchased from there and I haven’t even worn yet... people spend an insane amount of money at jewelry stores so I would think the associates would be trained in customer service..
Great service! The ladies know their jewelry. They helped my son pick a beautiful, beautiful ring for his fiance!
Friendly staff! Got a ring sent in for servicing. Nice and quick. Only complaint is they dont seem too happy with kids. That is my experience.
