Huge shout out and a round of applause for Jenna at Kay jewelers outlet! Not only did she find me exactly what I was looking for, but her customer service exceeded all my expectations! She was so amazing, so communicative, so wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I drove almost an hour to her location, passing many other jewelers, simply because of how amazing she is. I’m so happy with my new ring.

I went in for my 6 month jewelry inspection for my engagement ring and wedding band. Kymberlie helped me and noticed a loose stone. As we were chatting, I had mentioned how I lost my diamond wedding band while gardening. Kymberlie let me try on a few and she found one within my budget. Great customer service. She was super sweet in passively helping me replace my old band. Thank you so much!
I want to first think Sonja and Kymberlie. not only did they help me track down and get credit for a purchased ring 10 years prior, they helped me select a wonderful ring for my fiancé to be, and I know she’s gonna love it. After going to another Kay outlet, and having a terrible experience, not receiving callback from the actual GM of the storeI was ready to turn and go to another jewelry store. Kymberlie hand searched, available diamonds to find me not only find a beautiful piece, but corrected a very negative experience. Kay Jewlers at Jeffersonville outlet mall is definitely the only place I’ll be purchasing jewelry from, for now on! I want to think Sonja again and Grace for assisting me getting my future mother-in-law‘s gift so I can ask for her daughters hand in marriage, they were so helpful!
I have to say that this is the absolute best jewelry store ever! Miss Celeste…She is the bomb! Spent maybe 3 hours untangling my daughter’s necklace! Never once acted like we were bothering her, always smiling. Was so late Saturday evening and came back Sunday…The necklace was untangled! Looked like a tornado had a hold of this. I spent an hour just attempting this. Celeste is such an asset to Kay’s! Ryland…he is so kind and so professional. We just love him! Newer staff, Darn it my mind and asked the name, she was so patient and so sweet. Just the respect and professionalism…the patience these 3 had with us. We will always come to this location, just due to the wonderful staff. You all rock! I love management and the other lady we met the week before, so great. Thank you all for helping us always!
I enjoyed my visit here today. Dropped off a necklace for warranty repair. No inconvenience or upsets. Wonderful service personnel with knowledge and respect.
Had some prior issues with my new ring and my replacement ring was sent in LITERALLY the next day was in. Very friendly ladies in this store! Def will be returning to this store
My husband and I went in to pick out my Christmas gift and purchased a diamond anniversary band from a sales woman who could not have been less interested in selling us anything. I think her name was Allison. She didn’t explain anything about the ring or really say much of anything. They were going to size it down and we purchased the warranty. It was promised within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called and they said they weren’t able to size it down so they would have to order it. No one bothered to call me to tell me this or apologize or anything. Now we have to drive all the way over there because they will only let us cancel and get a refund by bringing the card and receipt we purchased with. No apologies or anything. Very unprofessional and rude.
Way too overpriced! Sales lady said a necklace she "cleaned" for my wife was rose gold, when in fact it was sterling silver coated, and it's wearing off, revealing the cheap metal mixture underneath! It is definitely not rose gold! It was an inexpensive chain!
