I had decided late morning this morning that I wanted to have flowers sent to my girlfriend at work. She was having a rough day so I wanted to bring her some sunshine and just because. I thought that maybe they wouldn’t be able to do it on such late/short notice, but I was wrong. The website is detailed with sizes, pictures, and multiple arrangements. She was so wonderful to deal with on the phone. She listened and repeated my requests back to me and was very helpful and detailed. A+ for outstanding customer service! Just a short couple of hours later my girlfriend messaged me thanking me for the flowers. After receiving a picture of the flowers, they were identical to the arrangement I picked out on the website. I have included a picture of the arrangement “Sweet Pick Me Up” for those interested. I wouldn’t have been able to brighten my girlfriend’s day without Kaylynne today. Thank you so much! I will do business with you in the future!!!
I cannot overstate how happy we are having worked with Kaylynne for the floral arrangements at our Wedding reception at the Grove Park Inn. We had a very specific aesthetic in mind and really wanted to stay within a specific budget. Kaylynne was so generous with her time, listening and providing insight into how to achieve what we were hoping for within budget. We didn't have any surprises and we got everything we wanted and more. Logistically, it was a breeze as she kept up with the milestones coordinated with our planner no problem. I would highly recommend checking them out!
AMAZING FLOWERS! I am a wedding photographer at an inn where they always do the flowers. They are always so stunning and absolutely beautiful. I always hear the awed comments of the couples when they see their flowers for the first time. Extremely dependable, the flowers are always there on time and ready. And they are always themed slightly with the couple's color palette. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Asheville florist!!
Best florist in town! Very friendly and kind! The flowers ordered for a friend were gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier to send flowers to a dear friend from such lovely people. I had put my phone number on the order twice by accident and they called to help correct the situation. The attention to detail was refreshing. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.
I ordered Mother’s Day flowers online for my mom. The website was easy to navigate, and the delivery was made the same day. Mom loved the arrangement. Kaylynne’s sent a follow up email to inform me that the delivery had been made. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I live out of town; my parents were staying up there while my sister is in the hospital. I called Kaylynne’s to order flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day. They made a gorgeous bouquet with yellows and oranges which I asked for because they are such cheerful colors. Delivered with perfect timing notwithstanding last-minute order. I highly recommend!

My siblings and I sent our mom flowers for her birthday at her airbnb. They were just as described online and we even received an email confirming that they had been delivered. We grow flowers for a living, so it can be difficult to trust others with a special arrangement, but Kaylynne's did a wonderful job! :
Florists are part of a wickedly creative industry. It’s my opinion they should feel free to be creative and use substitutions and not every bouquet has to look exactly like a website photo, so I encourage creativity. That said, Kaylynne’s had an easy to use website, thoughtfully designed arrangement that arrived just as requested, with affordable blooms and friendly follow up! This delivery of beautiful blossoms put a huge smile on the face of my terminally ill aunt. The follow up just puts this place over the top in customer service! Highly recommend!!
Kaylynne is an amazing florist! Flowers were something I did not really think about and she made the process so easy! I honestly gave a brief description of greenery with white flowers in a vineyard setting, and this is was she created! STUNNNING! Could not recommend her more!
