KC Barbershop

It used to be a great neighborhood barbershop where the team was friendly. For some reason morale is completely gone, they now seem, more to the point, lacking any friendliness as before. Not sure what happened but the place and staff don’t care much for customer service. No hot towel nor neck massage at end of hair cut. They have also increased their rates from $18 to $22. Not worth paying more for an unhappy customer experience.Service: Scissor cut

Had a very good experience in initial few visits, but in the last three visits had a very bad output in terms of the haircut and the look. Trying to find somewhere else to get my regular haircuts!Service: Haircut

I got my first haircut today at KC Barbershop and I am extremely happy with the service. The staff was very friendly and I got greeted as soon as I arrived by Kelly. She did an amazing job with my haircut and I will definitely go back next time. The barbershop is very clean, there's plenty of parking spaces and it also has TVs on the walls to pass time.

Kim cut my daughter hair once. She was friendly, gentle, and extremely patience with my daughter. She went miles to accommodate us. Daisy has been cutting my hair a few times. She's also very friendly and chatty. I like both ladies, they know what they are doing and they're good at it. As for the men cut, it's mixed reviews. My brother in law was happy with his cuts. However, his kids and my husband didn't like the experience. They went a couple of times to support the business but they're not coming back. The main complaint was that the barber doesn't listen to how they want their cut be done. They repeatedly reminded the barber not to cut the hair too short and he did it anyways, on multiple occasions.

Walk in service on weekends. You take a number like at a dmv which I liked. Instead of someone going by assumption of who was there first. Reasonably priced especially in a college town. The barber knew what she was doing. Nice clean cut and I was on my way.

Wonderful haircut from a masterful stylist Kim. She did a wonderful job with both my long beard and long hair. This experience rivals many expensive downtown barbershops.
