The local police force has a small town feel. The genuinely care and I've seen them around the community helping out the elderly and playing with kids. A wonderful group of law enforcement.
The police officers were very polite but have absolutely 0 training when it comes to mental health crises. The people of Kearney should be able to receive help when themselves or a family member is mentally unstable. Extremely disappointed.
So wish they had a way to post civilian video to this sight....on Friday August 8th I had the most polite and cordial infringements on my rights and liberties by any law enforcement officials. Me and another were decended upon OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE by three of Kearny's "finest"....for ONE SPECIFIC REASON....all of our contact with them was OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE AND YES I HAVE IT ON VIDEO....the other person who was with me had to retrieve her ID from vehicle floor board....while bending over to retrieve said ID the SARGENT leaned ONNNNN THE 21 YEAR OLD GIRL....she later stated she could feel his penis on her but cheek....while basicly lets say for now INVADING HER PERSONAL SPACE...he stated he found reason for searching the vehicle....ok so at the end of my video you can see the same seargnt ILLEGALLY SEARCH A COUPON BAG....he asked the person i was with where her coupon bag was because he didn't belive her....as you will see in my video all she was "right there"....SITTING IN THE SHOPPING CART OUT SIDE OF VEHICLE....he strolled right over FAILED TO AQUIRE CONCENT TO SEARCH BUT UNZIPPED IT AND BEGAN SEARCHING ANYWAYS....A FLIPPIN SEARGENT!!!!....OH NOOOO IT GOES ON EVEN FUTHER....AT THE END OF THIER CONTACT WITH ME ON VIDEOOOO THE SERGEANT IS ACTUALLY FLIRTING WITH ME NOW AND HIS BROTHER IN BLUE IS ENCOURAGING IT SAYING HE COULD BE MY PRINCE CHARMING IN A ROUND ABOUT WAY....would also like to add that the camera glasses the SEARGENT had on he kept touching them...putting them on top of his head and then back down several times....and if the cruisers had dash cams....they were ALL stragicly pointed AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE MYSELF AND THE OTHER PERSON WERE STANDING BY WHEN THEY PULLED INTO THE LOT WICH WILL BE SEEN ON MY VIDEO....TAKING ALL THIS INFO TO AN ATTORNEY TODAY....PRETTY SURE AND SO IS HE THAT I HAVE ONE HECK OF A LAW SUIT!!!
Kearny police have a couple good patrolmen but alot of them are jerks,hope they give the bad ones more training to improve their careers and improve the departments image
I locked my keys in my car. He responded quickly, matched up my id to the car, and got my door open! Super nice!
