Keefe’s funeral home was extremely warm and helpful during the difficult process of planning my mother’s services. They were attentive and made sure everything happened smoothly, they put together a beautiful wake and even provided us with thank you cards pre written to send to guests which was super kind. We utilized Keefe Funeral home after having a less than stellar experience with another funeral home in Cambridge, MA. I am a young person in my early 30's and therefore have never planned a funeral before. Chad, the director, was extremely kind and instrumental in helping me through the process. They were always available by phone for questions no busy signals or statements of "we'll have to call you back!" like the other place and just so, so kind. On the day of, their service was EXCELLENT and they treated my family and visitors so well, it was unbelievable. I know Keefe is a family run business that has been around for years and I hope they continue to be. Thank you very much for everything.
Keefe funeral home is the best in town on the Cambridge/Arlington line they helped thru my trying time burying my mother the service was exceptional very professional knew what they were doing and that's why they been in business for so many years like they have the brothers Chad and Tim were so helpful especially the father Charles in helping me thru my difficult time I would utilize them again there's no other place I would go then Keefe funeral home they were very understanding and very thoughtful always there too answer any questions you may have like I said if you want great service professionalism and people who really care too hear you out vsit or call Keefe funeral home and ask for tim he will take care of you just like he took care of my family I have nothing but great things too say about them there staff absolutely amazing
