I was working an event and was in the kitchen I think the grease trap needs to be cleaned. Smelled horrible

Great arena, always kept clean, awesome snack bar with great fries and hotdogs!! Fantastic ice conditions, overall a great small town ice rink!!
Really nice place, great kept, clean and tidy, only disappointing thing was snack bar had to close early every evening at 9 PM on managers orders. Staff we're very helpful and polite, worked very hard. I would like to go to Apple Jamboree next year, town is nice and good shopping , yard sales, pizza shop, guitar sale at curling club.
Worked the advance polls during the 2021 election, i noticed the staff dont clean very often or at all, there was paper towel in the sink in the ladies room on the Friday and it was still there when we cleaned up the polling room on the Monday night. Stairs weren't swept, which makes me question their cleaning procedures during this pandemic i.g. the elevator buttons and hand rails, as well as the hand rails for the stairs and door handles
The Centre was clean, spacious, and looked nice. Attended during a Craft and Vendor market so not sure about daily operations
