Great experience shopping for shoes. Arjan did a good job being personable and relatable, as well as answering questions and not pressuring us to make a purchase. I ended up visiting 3 times over the course of 3 months, and all 3 times he was helpful. By the third time he remembered me and I bought some new Cincinnati boots for work!

I have been in the store several times but I went today with the purpose of buying a sturdy yet non-hideous pair shoes for some upcoming travel. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and a fussy knee on the same leg. I worked with Sonia not sure of spelling, who knew every detail of every shoe. She knew where to steer me and what the strengths of each shoe option were. She knew the flexibility/ rigidity, toe box width, heel height, shoe weight, and so much more. I truly felt like she knew how to get me the correct shoes! I’ll be back and I hope to work with Sonia again.

Great customer service, the older lady that works there helped me pick out a pair of shoes that was snug around the base of my feet but roomy enough for my wide toes. She patiently explained how the different styles of shoes in the mens and womens would affect my stride even during busy hours at the shop. I ended up purchasing a pair online since they didn't have my size in store. Couldn't have done it without her help :D

This shop is a delight. I'm hard to fit with shoes, and the KEEN brand satisfies every time: boots, travel shoes, casual shoes. KEEN shoes make you want to get out, to move, and to keep moving. The staff here is friendly and well-trained, and I never feel rushed or upsold.

Stayed past closing to make she we got the right shoes, laces and didn't blink. Smiles all around.

The Keen Garage offer a wide selection of shoes which I needed:for walking and hiking. The service is great and the salesperson is knowledgeable. Only 1 of 2 Keen stores in the nation and we're lucky to have a store in Palo Alto. I truly recommend Keen shoes for comfort. The money is worth your feet and comfort.
