I came in here earlier today for an estimate and was so impressed with the integrity of this place. As a woman who knows very little about auto repairs, there is a lot of mechanics that attempt to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. This place easily could have had me spend thousands in repairs but instead, they gave me advice on little fixes I can do for MUCH cheaper.
Darren did a fantastic job winching my minivan out of a ditch with no damage. A true wrecker professional!
Absolutely horrible service. Darren towed a vehicle and told both my father and I 400 for it. Extremely high but is what it is. Told Darren I would pick it up the next day. He was given credit card information and informed us it had been paid. Darren’s attitude was very disrespectful to both my father and I. Going so far as to raise his voice at us. Even swore at us. Very rude man. Go to pick up the car today, and Darren told them that I wasn’t coming today when I stayed in front of the trooper that assisted in blocking off traffic, and told Darren multiple times we’d be by to get the car. The receptionist was very rude and when she said it was now over 500 we were like but we were told 400. She then gives us an attitude and loudly yells for Steve who was immediately hostile to us. Insisting his guy did no wrong and it was our fault. Very rude. Couldn’t even look me in the I. I’m sure others have had good experiences here and I don’t know what their issue was but we were very calm the whole time when none of them were. Will actively recommend against their services here. Terrible customer service and lying about prices for more money. I have no problem paying a service and understand it’s more expensive for the middle of the night, but there is zero excuse for how we were treated. We should have been told the correct price from the start and they should have listened when we informed them of their employees behavior.
Steve went above and beyond to make sure that an insurance company was paying for everything necessary required restore my 2019 Toyota Corolla with $9,000 of damages to showroom condition. Steve fought with them when they tried to put in a junkyard headlight! NO ONE will do it better than Steve @ Keene Auto Body. Thanks guys!

These guys that work here are absolutely amazing!!!! My car died right there in their doorstep. The guy was kind enough to come out and see what the problem was you figured out it was the e-brake had seized up but then the he had to tell me that they had no mechanic so I called VIP across the street and then they were kind enough to tell me across the street because I couldn't even drive it these guys are definitely getting some baked cookies for their kindness!!!!!! They will also get recommended every time I am asked where to go for work. Thank you so very much!!!!!!
Great service and amazing customer service. Had a bumper bender - decided to not file a claim as it would possibly be under my deductible or close and definitely not worth it. Not only were they able to get it in within a few days - but it was fixed perfectly and the cost was several hundred under what I expected. VERY HAPPY!!! Thank you Steve and Sherry!
I agree with Ron Howells review. I was charged double the typical rate according to services that I talked to after seeing the bill. The driver who recovered my car was ok to deal with. At the shop there was a "larger" man who was extremely rude. He interrupted me, spoke dismissively, did not answer my very basic questions about pricing how much does it cost per day to hold the car and drove off in his pickup truck. He seemed as if he was trying to intimidate me so I wouldn't question the price after I saw it and it worked. The guy who towed me went inside to talk to him "to figure out the price" and I am sure that is where they conspired to increase the price on services rendered. This is most likely because they knew I was paying out of pocket instead of by insurance. The clip board provided to my driver by the larger man who was rude had a sticker of a naked woman on it. I'll let that speak for itself Keene Auto Body tow service logo beneath the light. I would recommend finding a different service before calling up Keene Auto body for your towing needs.
