I go here to see a nurse practitioner and she is amazing. She listens to me and does what she can to help. She has seen my son as well in emergency situations over zoom. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are usually really quick to get you back there and the aides and nurses are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you all for being so amazing.
I see my doctor Veronica Sievert for my appointments, the clinic I find is very clean the registration clerks are pleasant, Dr Sieverts nurse is a pleasant person meets you with a smile. Lab tech is excellent at his job. But Dr Sievert is the reason I go there she is a very professional and caring physician who takes excellent care of me. She is what I would call a stellar physician. I can always find a nice clinic with nice people but I can't always find a world class physician like Dr. Sievert. I give her a 5 star rating. I recommend Dr Sievert very highly.
So needed to renew my prescription and was told they have the wrong milligram in their system. So I called the office and was told my doctor there is no longer with Keene Family Medicine. I asked if I could be seen by another doctor and was told I couldn't get in until NOVEMBER!!! Today is June 1st!!! I asked why I couldn't get in for an appointment for 5 months and was told that it was because I was not an established patient. I was an established patient, but my doctor happened to leave there office, so somehow I an no longer an established patient with them??? How is the doctor leaving Keene Family Medicine my fault?!?
DR Wung is amazing! my entire family has been going to her for 15 years now. She is soft spoken, warm-hearted, yet motherly & will tell you what you need to hear. Love her. She also trusts her patients judgment, no one knows your body better than you. She listens.
Dr Sievert is the best doctor I have ever met or gone to. Her bedside manner is awesome. Her concern for her patients is in matchable. Her ability to make her patients comfortable is amazing.
Generally good, but if you're sick with something like the flu they're not good about phoning in a prescription and like to insist that you come in for an expensive office visit. If you're really sick, consider Boone convenient care
Small, I'll be glad when they move back to their newly remodeled offices.
Excellent service with a warm and comforting accomodation. Fast and thorough attendance, will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who likes being treated with full respect and to be listened to!
