recently visited for the first time and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, even felt comfortable getting my blood drawn here I normally have extreme anxiety

Every time I’ve gone in I’ve felt taken care of and informed. Staff members are friendly. Lissa is especially amazing!

Thank you so much, Keene PP! I am away visiting family and was stuck without my prescription, panicked. The staff in Keene was calm, patient and considerate of my predicament. Stephanie was so polite while helping me solve my issue and got me scheduled for a follow up appointment. You guys are lifesavers!!

Love this facility, HATE their recent phone service. I get the hassle that changing systems brings, but I've waited on the phone for hours trying to get simple questions about my prescription status and appointment answered I never get through and it's actually faster to drive to the center and ask your question in person at this point. If their phone service changes to something actually usable instead of eternal hold music, I'll be more than happy to amend my review and give the facility 5/5 stars.

always, ALWAYS, have a hard time getting through on the phone. also, no birth control prescription refill line ? when did that stop.. other than that this place is aight

The staff was fantastic and I'm grateful they provided such a wonderful and supportive experience.

They straight up lied to my face in person and refuse to work with me on the phone.

I was treated very well and the nurse practitioner assigned to me was extremely helpful. I felt safe and completely cared for. Did not feel judged or misunderstood.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, but I cannot rely on their "mailing service" to send me my birth control. I've had this problem 3 times now, and I will no longer be going here. Every time I brought the issue ip, they take my address that they never have on file for some reason and tell me i should get my pill packs in the mail in about 2 weeks. I've finally given up on them, and it has now been 5 months that I have not gotten my BC pills. Very disappointing, and dangerous for someone who actually needs them to prevent pregnancy.
