I've had excellent customer service at Keepers. I had set up an auto pay with my bank. My bank's check was a week late. They worked with me and didn't charge me a late fee. After that I set up payment with a credit card so we could avoid that again.

Safe quiet always easy to load and unload. TIP: WRAP YOUR SWEATERS. After a yr in storage in a taped box I had huge moth holes. My things were new so didn't come from me. But if you're suspicious of anyone theyll send someone.
I Recently had a storage unit with this company and had rented a U-Haul truck, A+ customer service, the two gentlemen Demetri & Stanley who work in the office were extremely kind & helpful. Facility is always clean and well maintained.
